2:00 Lingfield (5th March) Compare Bookmakers At Bookmakers.Co.Uk Handicap

Give Us A Belle tracks leaders or can lead but think it would be better suited to a slower surface. Angelo Poliziano can be held up or tracks the leaders - may prefer an extra furlong. PHAROH JAKE a versatile horse and the best figure over course and distance. Secret Millionaire out second on my figures over course and distance. *Seamster likes to lead and would really prefer another furlong. However, if allowed to lead could take advantage, comes
out second best on its six furlong figures. Rise to Glory doesn't come out in very highly in my figures and may prefer another furlong. I doubt Dawn Catcher will get involved in the finish. We Have A Dream has recorded the fastest time over this distance but on good to firm going. It likes to track the leaders but also may prefer a sixth furlong. Purford Green hasn't shown any worthwhile form and I doubt if things will change today.

SUMMARY: Now that Seamster is a non runner Pharoh Jake should make a bold show and the tip here.

*NR

7:00 Kempton - Gung Ho Jack is a hold up or track leaders type and comes out at best fourth in my figures. Compton Prince likes to track the leaders. This gelding comes out third on his Lingfield times but hasn't done as well at this course. Divine Call likes to come off the pace and struggle to catch the pace setters. Indian Affair is a versatile horse but its overall times are quite a bit slower than needed to win this race. ALNOOMAAS 8/1 can either track the leaders or lead and comes out top on my figures. I doubt Luke Dace's charge will lead with two other likely front runners drawn in stalls one and two. Should sit handy and prove strongest in the finish. West Coast Dream is better suited by a slower surface. Haadeeth can employ any tactics and comes out second on my figures - so has a chance. Rafaaf either be held up or track the leaders but may be better at a different course. Invigilator is a hold-up type but another who would prefer a slower surface. Sweet Talking Guy likes to track the leaders and comes out third on my figures - each way claims. Insolenceofoffice may find these too fast.

SUMMARY: There should be a fairly fast pace in this race with four horses that have been known to lead before. I'm thinking Indian Affair and Haadeeth, being drawn in the inside two stalls, are likely to try and lead. Alnoomaas can sit handily and come home the strongest. This looks a safer each way bet at odds of 8/1.  (E.R.I.C.)
