A seven-runner Class 5 race 0-70 rated handicap over 6f. Where's Reiley and Parisian Pyramid like to lead and come out as the top two on my figures. As long as they don't burn each other out, they should have the race to themselves. I've gone with PARISIAN PYRAMID (7/1) as it's my top rated - but dutch the race with Where's Reiley (8/1)
4:45 Kempton - Another seven-runner Class 5 race over 6f. The early pace is likely to come from Harvest Mist and Idle Curiosity. They come out third and fourth on my ratings, the top rated is RAY OF JOY (6/1). This top weight can either be held up or track the leaders. This mare should be able to get a nice early position and prove strongest at the finish.
5:15 Kempton - A Class 4 race over 6f. Peace Seeker, Clear Praise and Tyfos are the most likely pace-setters. If the favourite, Macs Power, could go back to its form in 2010 he would easily win the race. Willie Musson's gelding is on a long losing run since that long-forgotten victory. He has finished second at this distance at Lingfield. His last two runs would make this bay second rated in my figures. A hold-up horse, he should be finishing well. My top rated is CLEAR PRAISE (8/1). The application of the hood could help this seven year old get to the front. Simon Dow may give instructions to do just that from stall one. He has a chance of leading all the way and should hopefully make the frame at least. (E.R.I.C.)
