2:40 Musselburgh Ricing Tips (18th April) TOTEPOOL.COM BORDERLESCOTT SPRINT TROPHY (A Conditions Race) (CLASS 2) (3yo+)

A seven runner race. I was originally hoping the non runner was going to be an each way price, not very original now as the selection is going to have to be the favourite HEERAAT 15/8. The two likely leaders are Inxile and Tangerine Trees but doubt if either can stay there to be involved in the finish. My second top rated Morawij and third top Fire Eyes both usually track the pace so could make the frame but I think the selection will pick them all up in the finish

4:05 Lingfield - There are three possible leaders here: Addictive Dream, Ballista and Trinityelitedotcom but none of them are in my top four so doubt if they can even make the frame. The third and fourth top rated, Tarooq and Rivellino can either be held up or track the leaders and could make the frame. My second top rated Hawkeyethenoo and the selection and top rated LANCELOT DU LAC are both hold up horses and i think jim crowley can come late and fast to grab the win....

4:55 Mussleburgh - Should be run at a fast pace with four possible front runners. Lady Ibrox, Red Baron, Tax Free and Moorhouse Lad, the latter two coming out joint third top rated and second top rated so may be hard to catch for most of the field. The other joint third top rated is L'ami Loius but this one may not catch the leaders. The selection is OPT OUT 8/1. It usually tracks the leaders and hopefully will finish the best. Its been third on its first start of the season for the last two years so it should be a decent each way bet but it looks very well handicapped against these and hopefully will be fit enough to win.

5:30 Mussleburgh - Two possible leaders here: Angus Og who may not be good enough to stay in front and Royal Bajan who comes out second on my figures. My third top rated is Go Nani Go who is the favourite but in my eyes I would probably lay this horse. The selection WE'LL DEAL AGAIN who is fit from racing on the all weather. It comes out quite a bit ahead of the rest of the field and its another horse that can be backed each way at 7/1 even though I do think it could win the race I'm always happy to take out a bit of insurance just in case it doesn't get a clear run when trying to pick up the leaders.
