Ray Of Hope prefers to track the leaders and comes out joint third on my figures.

Tarara hasn't any course form and her times over this distance on good-to-firm going are quite slow. While recent form is poor, this four-year-old is capable of improvement.

Maltease Ah can employ a variety of tactics but may need the run  and could find this trip too far.

CHEVISE is one of only two horses in the race that like to lead. She can either lead or just sit behind the other pace-setter Commandingpresence. The latter has been fading badly at the finish.

Heartson is either held up or tracks the leaders but has overall poor all-weather form and may find the trip too far.

Aeolian Blue has only shown poor form but this is her handicap debut and being a four-year-old is open to improvement. She may need further to show her best form.

Commandingpresence is capable of leading but has been in poor form lately and fading quite quickly. In addition,  John Bridger's yard is not in any sort of form and hasn't had a winner this year from fifty-one runners. The jockey has ridden sixteen horses for the stable without success.

Catalinas Diamond likes to track the leaders and comes out joint third on my figures so may have to settle for a place at best.

SUMMARY: Commandingpresence and CHEVISE 7/1 like to set the pace with the former being out of form and fading badly of late. Chevise can then take over and prove strongest at the finish.
