5:10 Ripon Racing Tip (19th June) NORTH ORMESBY WMC TONY BENNETT MEMORIAL HANDICAP (CLASS 5) (3yo+ 0-75)

Thirteen runners over five furlongs in this class five handicap and four possible leaders-Innocently who may need the run after being off for 296 days and has only recorded slow times- Boxing Shadows who also has only recorded slow times-Lost In Paris could lead and is my sixth top rated, the other possible pace maker is CAPTAIN ROYALE 9/1 who is top of my figures and will either try to lead or it can track the leaders and come home strongly but it does need genuine good or better going to be at its best, my third top figure is Medici Time but would maybe prefer another furlong, the second top rated is Adams Ale who usually tracks the leaders.

8:10 Leicester - Only ten runners and three known front runners, Red Lady who might find it happening all too quick for it to be able to stay with the early pace, Clock Opera is my third top rated so has to have place claims but may have to give way to my top rated who also likes to lead, MEANDMYSHADOW 7/2 won very nicely last time out when it won at Carlisle and its being brought out again carrying a six pound penalty before it can be re-assessed by the handicapper and im sure that with the winning time at Carlisle it will go up a few pounds more than its penalty here.

9:10 Leicester - Seven runners here and only two known front runners, Corncockle who is a three year old who has only produced slow times as of yet but is open to improvement, EMJAYEM 10/1 is the other known pace maker and its very well weighted on its best form here and if it gets an easy lead could shock the more fancied runners.

8:30 Lingfield - Nine runners here with two known pace setters, Hit The Lights who could have some improvement in it but has only shown poor form on the all weather so far, Seamster has led before and its my fourth top rated, I've got Pharoh Jake and Decision By One as my joint second top rated and both of them usually track the early pace, my top rated is DANZOE 11/1 and this can also track the pace or be held up and i think thats how it may be ridden here but it does depend on how fast the early pace actually is.

9:00 Lingfield - This time twelve runners and four possible leaders, Johnny Splash and Commandingpresence are not in my top five so doubt will play a part in the finish, Ghost Train can attempt to lead and is my second top rated so must have place claims and CATALYZE 25/1 has got some form when hes led which puts him top of my figures but he is a bit inconsistent.

SUMMARY: 5:10 Ripon - I'm hoping the going is at least good or better and the selection is CAPTAIN ROYALE 9/1 at the odds ive got to go each way. 8:10 Leicester - I expect the selection MEANDMYSHADOW 7/2 to lead all the way like it did at Carlisle last time out and before the handicapper can re-assess its rating. 8:30 Lingfield - could be a fast pace here set by Seamster and it could play into the hands of a fast finishing horse like DANZOE and at 11/1 i think its value for a small each way bet. 9:00 Lingfield - Could have the pace set by the two top rated and I advise perhaps a wager on both my second top rated GHOST TRAIN 11/2 and CATALYZE 25/1 who could spring a surprise if in the right mood. 9:10 Leicester - The selection EMJAYEM is maybe well weighted here especially if it gets an easy uncontested early lead and maybe worth a small bet at 10/1, there's only seven runners so only two places so maybe not value to back it each way.
