Fifteen runners but only two known front runners: Sunny Side Up and Red Cape - but their times don't make me think they can win the race but to be honest it's a very poor class six race and wont take much winning. Analysis says there's no draw bias at this trip but both of the two front runners are drawn in stalls eleven and fifteen, while the selection SHILITO 8/1 is drawn in stall eight so if they do split into two groups it's nicely housed to cover any bias.
5:35 Redcar - The second division (5:00 Redcar) and here the two known possible front runners are Bapak Muda and Emily Davison. This time they are drawn in stalls three and nine. My second top rated is Bonnie Charlie who can either be held up or track the leaders whilst the top rated MISSION IMPOSSIBLE is the 7/2 favourite and usually sits just off the early pace.
8:10 Leicester - Eleven runners here and a very short priced favourite in the three-year-old Sleep Walk at 4/6. It has only had one run at Bath where it won quite comfortably by four lengths but it was on good to soft ground that day and obviously could have lots of improvement to come and if it handles the good to frim going here it could win easily. However, I always back the horse that has already proven itself rather than the one full of potentilal. There are two known possible leaders in Divertimento and Clock Opera who is my fourth top rated, while the third top rating is Consistant who usually tracks the early pace which is how my second top rated Euroquip Boy also likes to run. The top rated is the top weight LUCKY DI 7/1. This one usually likes to sit just behind the early pace and being the top rated on official figures it must have some chance and is maybe worth backing each way as an alternative to the odds on favourite.
SHILITO 8/1 6th
MISSION IMPOSSIBLE 7/2 2nd
LUCKY DI 10/1 4th
