Edged Out is one of three horses in the field that have been known to lead before but it can also track the leaders and it comes seventh on my figures so I doubt it will be there at the finish. SLEEPY BLUE OCEAN 10/1 is my top rated. It usually sits just off the pace, behind the leaders. The trainer has a decent record at the course as does Daniel Tudhope when he rides for this stable and the most important pointer is that the horse has been running in better class races recently and I think this drop in class is what is needed for the horse to get back to winning ways.
Moorhouse Lad is still a grand, old servant at the age of eleven but it's only fifth on my ratings and doubt it will improve any more at its age even though it likes to track the leaders. I doubt it will pick up enough to win.
Bronze Beau is the second horse that has been known to lead and is sixth on my ratings but doesn't look quite good enough to hold on. However, it could have place claims if some of those better rated don't run to their best form.
Poyle Vinnie is the third and final horse known to lead but isn't in the top seven. It is quite a versatile horse but even so looks a futile attempt here for it to win.
Ubetterbegood usually tracks the pace makers but its times have been quite slow so doubt it will show much here.
Royal Bajan is another that likes to follow the leaders and it is fourth on my figures so needs either to improve or hope for a bit of luck to make the frame.
Flash City has been fancied for its last three runs but hasn't got its head in front and it comes out third on my idea of things so I think a place is the best it can hope for.
Bilash is fairly well weighted on its best form and is second best on my list.
Aaranyow is either held up or can track the pace but I think this five furlong trip is a bit too short so doubt it can pick up enough here to win.
