There are two horses that have been known to lead: Sacha Park, a three year old who is open to improvement but its not shown enough so far to register on my figures, and Jiroft, who is my third top rated so it could be hard for many to get into contention. My second top rated is Vodka Chaser who is another three-year-old and it won last time out so is probably improving but it still comes in a few points behind my top rated WHITECREST 10/1 but this one does come with a bit of a warning because it has never won before being more than four pounds from the top of the handicap but it will hopefully run into the frame at least.
5:00 Brighton - This lowly class five race won't take much winning. Four of the eight-runner field have been known to lead including top rated PERFECT PASTIME 4/1 who is the only one that has registered on my figures in the last two years. It won over course and distance last time out so hopefully it can follow up again.
SUMMARY: 2:00 Brighten - I'm not really sure if WHITECREST 10/1 is capable of winning from this far down the handicap but it is capable of getting into the frame so can only suggest a small each way bet or if you bet on the Exchanges look for a good place price. 5:00 Brighton - PERFECT PASTIME 4/1 should follow up against another poor-quality field.
