A very poor class six race over six furlongs. It's poor because there is just one horse in the field that has achieved a time fast enough to register on my figures. Senora Lobo has been known to lead before, so it could get an uncontested lead. When that happens, the horse can improve on its previous form. Being a four-year-old it could go well. My top rated is one of the four three-year-olds - PRIZE 8/1. This one is usually ridden just off the pace, tracking the leaders. Sylvester Kirk, an ex head lad from the Hannon yard, very often uses Pat Dobbs, who is also associated with Hannon's. It points to an enhanced chance for this horse.
SUMMARY: This is the only sprint at Brighton I have an interest. It's fairly obvious the going isn't going to be good or better - so I won't be betting. However, I was asked to put my thoughts up even if the going was against my workings. As I have said, before it doesn't mean they can't win but my figures are done on good or better ground.
