Commanche usually tracks the leaders and its best time was recorded here but it was only good enough for sixth place on my figures.
Doc Hay also likes to track the leaders and its best time came here but only good enough for seventh.
Midnight Rider hasn't won from six tries on the all-weather. It can track the leaders or be held up but it's not for me in this race.
Trojan Rocket can either track the leaders or lead and its best figure recorded here is good enough for fifth place.
Avertor can deploy any style of running but its naught from six on the all-weather and may find the trip too short.
ARCTIC LYNX is my top rated horse and can track the leaders or be held up, it hasn't been at its best for its last three runs but ran well when last on this course when third. I'm hoping a switch back to Kempton will show it bounce back to form.
Lindart has only ran three times on the all-weather but hasn't won a race and may find the distance a bit too short.
First Rebellion can either lead or track the leaders and comes out fourth on my reckoning and its time did get recorded here at Kempton.
Dazza usually tracks the leaders but it's better over five-furlongs so may find this distance too far.
La Tinta Bay is a three year old with only four all-weather runs to its name but no wins and may find this trip on the short side
Dark Lane recorded a fast time here in 2011 but has only run twice at Kempton since in 2012 and 2013 and neither time was very fast so I'd hold fire with this horse till it shows a decent level of speed on the all-weather.
Kodafine is a three year old who comes out third on my figures and can deploy any style of running but didn't run very well five days ago.
SUMMARY: This is a low grade claiming race so it's not a race to be betting heavily but if the ARTIC LYNX returns to form, switching back to Kempton, it would have every chance. Because this is a claiming race there's no betting out yet [14/1] but if an each-way price then that would be the call.
