4:00 Chelmsford Winning Race Tips (18th March) TOTETRIFECTA PICK 1, 2, 3 HANDICAP

Only seven runners so no each-way bet in this race, unless the selection's a mega price as there's only two places. Three of the field The Dandy Yank, Pearl Noir and Rise To Glory are what I call natural front runners and then Rambo Will has also been known to lead before, so it should hopefully be a fast-rune race. Secret Millionaire is second top rated and this one normally likes to track the leaders and the top rated WELEASE BWIAN 13/2 can either track the pace or be held up and does like to finish fast off of a positive, early pace and this race could play right into its hoofs.

4:35 Chelmsford - The highest class of the three sprints today but we are still working with quite limited data for this course and it's trying to cross reference times from this track, Kempton and Lingfield, which all have the same surface but that's not to say they will perform to the same level of form at all of the three courses. There's one horse that comes out top on the limited form from this course and also at Lingfield but it's not ran at Kempton so couldn't complete the hat trick.  PUTIN 16/1 is the selection. It's quite capable of trying to lead all the way and the only negative is that it has been drawn in stall eight and there are two horses drawn in stalls one and two respectively but both are types that will lead if nothing else takes charge. If the selection gets to the front it will be very hard for the others to catch. At the price I give it as an each-way bet.

9:15 Kempton - Twelve runners in a poor class six race. Looking at this race things look very confusing and quite hard to get any picture of how the race may pan out. On past evidence, there are three possible leaders: Risky Razkova, who has been off for a long time and its form has been quite poor; Indian Affair, who is my sixth top rated;  but the best of the possible front runners is Douneedahand, who comes out joint second top but isn't well housed in stall ten. The other joint second top rated is the well weighted Black Truffle but the top spot goes to CATALINA'S DIAMOND 9/1 who usually tracks the leaders but is berthed in stall eleven but with the front runners being in stalls eight, nine and ten the selection could follow them across to the rails and get a decent early position. However, consistency isn't its strong point but if big enough price it could be worth a small each-way wager. After finishing second last time out it might not be big a enough price for that and only time will tell.
