3:30 York Winning Race Tips (25th July) SKY BET DASH (Handicap) (CLASS 2) (3yo+ 0-105)

A field of twenty in this class two race so they could split into separate groups and I think any bias at this distance is in having a high draw but there does look a spread of front runners across the course. Gran Canaria Queen is my fourth top rated and a possible front runner and has been drawn in stall twenty, my third top ENCORE D'OR 12/1 is way across the other side in stall three and another possible front runner, second top is Lexis Hero again a possible front runner drawn in stall thirteen and top spot goes to SHORE STEP 16/1 who is to hit form this season yet having had only two runs and both times finishing outside the frame at Newmarket and Newcastle, this is an easier track for a front runner, I am worried about them taking each other on and going too fast out in front and setting the race up for a finishing type but the best of this type of runner is way down in my list so I cant really find any cover bets with a finisher and I'm choosing one from each side of the draw to try and cover any bias in the race, so any bet in this race should be kept on the small side just because of the number of runners and the many variables, the prices allow us to go each way on both, it should be a good race to watch and savour if the ground stays on the firm side.

5:05 Newcastle - A class six race over five furlongs with thirteen runners and four known possible leaders but its such a poor race only the two top weights have got recorded times and I've only got one pound between them, so Camanche Grey who won a seller last time out is my second top rated but isn't one of the possible front runners and this one doesn't look to like the going to be firm as all its best form has come on good ground but ROY'S LEGACY 8/1 is a probable front runner and my top rated by a pound but has a decent five pound claiming apprentice on board which makes me think they will be expecting a big run here and if they do go from the front it could be very hard to catch.

6:15 Salisbury - Only seven runners in a very poor class six race where four of them have been known to lead before and I think the race will either be won from the front or at least a very prominent runner, both Fine n Dandy and Blistering Dancer have been known to lead but I think they need some cut in the ground to show their best, Findhorn magic may lead and I've got this one marked down as either wanting further or being a hidden danger for the drop down in trip, its only a four year old and only had six runs so they could still be trying to find its best distance and the best tactics but my top rated is Gower Princess 5/1 another four year old and I think this one could still have some improvement to come but as usual at this class of racing it doesn't look very consistent but if it gets to the front against these they might not be able to catch it but stakes should be kept low because of the poor class and too much inconsistency from the participants.

P.S. I've left the Salisbury race in my analysis but it does look that the going may be on the soft side which would mean no bet, so please check the going before having any bets for all my races.

Gower Princess No bet - soft ground
Shore Step 16/1 2nd
Encore D'Or 12/1 Unp
Roy's Legacy 8/1 Unp
