4:15 Musselburgh Winning Race Tips (21st July) HEART OF MIDLOTHIAN FOOTBALL CLUB HANDICAP (CLASS 4) (3yo+ 0-80)

A nice looking class four race with eight runners and two possible front runners, Even Stevens may lead but his final times have been quite poor for a while now so I cant see any reason for a revival here, I'm not quite sure what Bunce is capable these days because he had one what now looks like a bit of a fluke time but even that would have only put him second top but his best since then would only put him fourth, Imperial Legend is third best from a time at Ayr in 2014, second top spot goes to Cruise Tothelimit who hasn't quite lived up to his best times this year yet but the top spot goes to the three year old PERARDUA 11/2 who did a fast time last year at Ripon when leading all the way on good to firm ground and it hasn't run on firm-ish going since but if it is good to firm or firmer this time out and it gets to the front it may be very hard to catch and the main danger could come from Shipyard who hasn't run in England before so I've no idea of how good or bad it is.

4:30 Ffos Las - Nine runners without a confirmed front runner among them so I'm not quite sure what will happen I've got MAD ENDEAVOUR 5/1 who starts out as my second top rated but is being ridden by a competent apprentice who claims five pounds and this moves him up to top spot but this one might not want the going to be too firm to be able to show its best, my original top rated was VERUS DELICIA who I'm fairly sure can repeat its best time again so I'm going to suggest backing both to show a profit. (it now seems that Verus Delicia is a non runner, so just on low stake wager)

5:00 Ffos Las - Only six runners but both Bapak Bangsawan and Fine Judgement have been known to lead before but neither have recorded final times to register on my graphs but if a horse gets an uncontested lead its always a possibility that it can steal the race from the front by going slightly slower than its best and then keeps something in reserve to repel the challengers but I think here that the top weight LUCKY CLOVER 11/4 is good enough to stay on strongly at the finish and prove the stronger.

7:10 Chelmsford - A class four race with all of my top three ratings being the three horses that have led in races before, I've got Bertie Blu Boy in third place just behind Desert Strike in second place but there's just a few spots to the top rated PABUSAR 16/1 who is very well drawn in stall one to attempt to lead all the way and at the price it has to be given as a small each way bet.

7:45 Chelmsford - Class three race with fourteen participants and it looks a very tasty race, the times still haven't really settled at this course yet but I can only go with what I've got but all stakes here must be kept low. Musicora, Juncart and Elis Fitz have been known to lead but none are in my top four, its close between Malaysian Boleh my fourth top and Flexible Flyer then there are quite a few spots to find PICTURE DEALER 14/1 in second top position so an each way price and only two spots behind GOLDEN AMBER 8/1 and on my method its sixteen spots to a length so very close indeed so I'm looking at backing both to show a profit whichever one wins.

Perardu 11/2 2nd
Mad Endeavour 5/1 4th
Lucky Clover 11/4 1st
Pabusar 16/1 Unp
Picture Dealer 14/1 1st
Golden Amber 8/1 2nd

Great work from Eric - SF paid: £38.32
