4:30 Catterick Winning Race Tips (22nd July) ANNE´S 60TH BIRTHDAY SUPPORTING NEW BEGINNINGS HANDICAP (CLASS 6) (3yo+ 0-60)

Lowly class six race where both Zebelini and Bearskin could lead if nothing else wants to but there's no natural front runner in the filed so they could try to lead but it is a very poor race and the only horse on my charts is the top weight IGGY 4/1 who can either be held up or track the leaders plus there's no negatives from the stables statistics and jockey booking another plus is the drop down in class from when it was second last time out as the favourite in a class five race so everything points to a big run but as ive also said before consistency isn't a keyword in these low grade races and it was beaten three runs ago when second in a class six race, so not a race to go too heavy with betting stakes.

3:10 Bath - Lowly class six race with only four of the runners having a recorded time, Named Asset is a three year old and has been known to lead but only if nothing else takes it on, Swendab is a confirmed front runner and is my third top rated and if it does try to lead all the way it ought to at least make the frame, Babyfact is my second top rated using a time recorded at Leicester when fourth on good going, it looks on paper to have improved to win next time out at this course and distance on good to firm going and time-wise it was a step backwards and it looks like it doesn't want the ground to be too firm and would maybe better over a longer trip, MAMBO SPIRIT 9/1 is the top rated and can track the early pace or be held up, it ran well when second at Windsor and improved on the clock when fourth at Salisbury last time out a repeat of that time would be enough to win this if it gets a clear run in the latter stages and the very good apprentice jockey does well for this stable.

8:50 Sandown - A decent class four race with ten declared runners both Eleusis and Alpha Delta Whiskey can lead if nothing else wants to and the latter is my third top rated so it could be a relatively fast run race, the three year old Shackled N Drawn is my fourth top rated and could still have some improvement to come but it would need to be quite a lo to win this, second spot goes to Dishy Guru who can either track the leaders or be held up, my top rated is PUCON 13/2 who is also the most likely leader in the field and any bias in the draw is to be berthed in a low stall and its housed in stall two so could lead all the way just like it did last time out when it won at Lingfield on the turf which shows the horse is in form.

Iggy 5/1 2nd
Mambo Spirit 9/1 1st
Pucon 7/1 2nd

Great work from Eric with all selections place and one lovely winner at 9/1. Pucon was caught near the line and lost by a neck. Brilliant week with winners: 14/1, 9/1, 8/1, 11/4 and many placed efforts.
