7:45 Wolverhampton Winning Race Tips (31st October) DOWNLOAD THE NEW UNIBET RACING APP HANDICAP (Tapeta) (Div I) (CLASS 6) (3yo+ 0-60)

The first division of a class six apprentices race, which already puts me on the backfoot but they are the only two sprints of the day and as I keep saying there isn't an abundance of form to work with so therefore there could be some hidden dangers. Of the nine runners four have been known to lead before, Mr Dandy Man who could be a bit of a hidden danger so can't be discounted completely, Soft Love is my sixth top rated but still only a three-year-old so could have some improvement still to come but needs quite a bit to win this race, Frank The Barber is my second top rated and also a three year old but it's been drawn in stall nine which isn't ideal for a front runner especially with other front runners nearer to the rail, my top spot goes to LOUIS VEE 14/1 who is quite versatile with its running style, it's been drawn in stall two so if it wanted it could grab the rails and lead or if they go too fast battling for the lead it can sit handily and come home the stronger, its being ridden by a five pounds claiming apprentice who is the jockey that has ridden the most winners for the stable so that hopefully points to them expecting a big run, if four of them vie for the lead and cut each others throats then my third top rated Shaft Of Light could be the one to prosper, but I somehow doubt it will be played into its strengths with the selection being so versatile with its running style.

8:20 Wolverhampton - Division two and again nine runners but only two known front-runners this time but five of the runners look very poor and I think I'll discount them quite easily, Quantom Dot is a front runner and from stall three has every chance of leading here and I've got it marked down as a potential danger and anything that gets an uncontested lead has an advantage, but they still have to improve to win the race and did win from the front last time out at Kempton but seems to me that a slightly longer trip suits it better, my second top rated is Rat Catcher who has been a bit disappointing this year but is capable of throwing in the odd good race here and there so another that can't be discounted easily, top spot in this division goes to VIRILE 5/2 who really might need further to show its best but should be staying on strongly here, so I'm hoping that L'Ami Louis who can also front run will battle for the early lead and make it a true strength of stamina for the distance and the selection picks them up late on in the race, this small stable does well here with its older horses and the jockey has won two from six for the yard, so it points to them expecting it to go very well.

Louis Vee 14/1 7th
Virile 5/2 1st
