3:45 Goodwood Winning Racing Tips (9th Oct) "HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY PANNETT" STAKES (Handicap) (CLASS 3) (3yo+ 0-95)

Lincoln may need shorter trip on good to firm going.
Lady Macapa can front run may not want it too firm.
CHARLES MOLSON my top rated from a time recorded over this course and distance.
Ice Lord versatile with its running style and 2nd top on my figure.
Highly Sprung a possible front runner but not in my top 5 speed wise.
Little Palavar its best time would make it my joint 6th top rated and a front-running type.
Carmell Cleave not in my top 5 but another with front running tendencies.
Boy In The Bar another possible front runner but needs to improve to win this race.
Joey's Destiny has been out of form lately timewise and can't see why it should change here.
Lightning Charlie another possible leader and my 5th top rated so could make the frame.
Links Drive Lady a hold-up type but not in my top 6 rating.
Misterioso likes to track the leaders and the other 6th top rated.
Rosie's Premier needs good to firm ground and if getting it comes out 3rd best.
Englishman may prefer some cut in the ground and outside my top 6 ratings.
Grandad's World the 9th possible leader and 4th on my figures so could make the frame.

Ice Age may need further to show its best and not in my top rated.
SUMMARY:

With 9 of the 16 runners having been known to lead this could be a very fast run race but I'm hoping it sets it up for my top rated CHARLES MOLSON 12/1 who's figures at 1st glance don't look too good but most have been on the wrong ground or over a longer distance and if it can get a good early position from stall 15, which isn't ideal, it could pounce nearing the finish as others fade and to help its cause even further they have decided to use a useful 5lb claiming apprentice and at the price I have to suggest an each-way wager.

Charles Molson 12/1 6th
