4:20 Leicester Winning Racing Tips (4th Oct) RED DEER HANDICAP (CLASS 5) (3yo+ 0-70)

The Ducking Stool
Large field of 18 runners but only 4 of them have been known to lead before, Teetotal is joint 5th top rated but its jockeys 7lb claim moves it into co-2nd top rated and this apprentice does well for the stable so it looks like they expect a decent run from it, the 2 it joins in 2nd spot are Dont Have It Then and Caeser The Gaeser who comes from the same stable as Teetotal but there's no jockey booked for this 1 at the moment but I've got REFUSE COLETTE 25/1 as my top rated and the jockey booking is a positive so another that it looks like connections are expecting a big run and from stall 5 this horse is capable of leading all the way if in the mood and at that sort of price has to be worth having an each way gamble.

5:00 CATTERICK
What a poor race then the fact that it's an amateur riders race makes it even worse, I've only got 3 of the runners with times fast enough to register on my figures there's also just 3 that have been known to lead before and Very First Blade is one of them and my joint 2nd top rated along with Under Approval but it does move into clear 2nd spot when you take off the apprentice's 5lb claim but top spot goes to PABUSAR 14/1 who may not want it to be too firm, which I somehow doubt, and both its stall 1 draw and the apprentice's 3lb claim will help its chances of getting back to winning ways and at the price I have to go with an each-way wager.

5:10 BRIGHTON
Another very poor class 6 race and this time only 2 have done fast enough times but there is a couple of maybe hidden dangers and a bigger but is where is the early pace going to come from, Oat Couture is 2nd top rated but has had 15 races and is still a maiden which is off-putting, top of a very short list is ESSAKA 7/1 who is being ridden by Jim Crowley who is battling for the jockeys championship so I think they must be expecting a big run here and the jockey certainly won't want to make any mistakes and miss a winning opportunity.

WINNER!!!!!!!1 Essaka 7/1 1st
9:10 KEMPTON
A class 4 affair with 12 runners and 4 of them have been known to lead, Captain Lars is my 4th top rated and usually races prominently, Borough Boy might really prefer a longer trip but is still my 3rd top rated so should be staying on at the finish of the race and could make the frame, 2nd top spot goes to Upstaging who is versatile with its running style including leading but I'm not sure if it can lead from stall 6 especially when Memories Galore another front-running type has got the coveted stall 1 draw, the bottom weight DOMINIUM 10/1 comes out top on my speed figures and has been running well and regularly in this class of race so must have a chance of getting back to the winners circle here and the stable are employing a 5lb claiming apprentice to enhance their cause and as usual at the price it has to be an each way bet.

Dominium 10/1 NR - 2nd Top Rated Upstaging WINS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 4/1 1st
