This 12 runner race is quite intriguing with 3 courses now having this surface, the top 3 in the handicap are known as front running types so should ensure a decent fast early pace, looking through the times recorded at Chelmsford my top rated there is Doctor Parkes who won there last time out and is usually a hold up type so this race could be run to suit it again here, moving on to times recorded at Kempton I have got Gung Ho Jack as my top rated and in 2nd spot from there ive got Doctor Parkes, finally we move on to times recorded at this course and distance, Gung Ho Jack is in 3rd spot this time with the bottom weight Colourbearer in 2nd spot but top rated once again is DOCTOR PARKES 6/1 and this looks a good opportunity for it to follow up from its win last Saturday and connections can run it here without a penalty because its last race was an apprentices race.
Doctor Parkes 6/1 7th

A class 6 affair with 13 runners and only 2 that have been known to lead and Commanche my 4th top rated is one of them so may do the best of those 2, there's 2 in the race making their handicap debuts which is always a bit scary even though I've a feeling both will need a longer distance to show their best but only time will tell. Shahaama is my 3rd top rated and still only a 3 year old but is housed in stall 8 between the 2 most likely fast starters from stalls 7 and 12 so may need a degree of luck to get a clear run, Divine Call is my 2nd top rated and is in stall 9 so may have the same problem being between the fast starters but top spot goes to AMBITIOUS BOY 16/1 who can race prominently but is in stall 13 which on many occasions would be the kiss of death but with No Refund from stall 12 hopefully getting out and crossing to the rail as soon as possible the selection can follow it across to gain a good early position from which to attack as the line nears but the price allows for an each way wager.

This time 11 runners in a class 6 affair with 5 that have been known to lead before, I've marked 3 down as possible lays, Secret Millionaire is my 3rd top rated and usually tracks the pace setters so ought to have place claims, 2nd top is ARCTIC LYNX 16/1 who is one of the possible front runners and the one drawn nearest the rail so if gaining control of the rails from the front it could be hard to catch and at the price has to done as an each way bet, its only had 2 runs this year both quite recently so looking to get it fit for a winter campaign on the all-weather tracks and it could get off to a good start here but I have got QUALITY ART 6/1 with a faster time but from stall 7 this one might need some luck to gain a clear passage throughout so I will go with backing them both to show a profit whichever one does the business.
