7:30 Chelmsford Racing Tips (9th February) BET TOTETRIFECTA AT BETFRED.COM HANDICAP (CLASS 3) (4yo+ 0-95)

racing tips
Gentlemen —is usually held up and is my 3rd top rated so could make the frame.
Outrage —will also be held up but that's to get this distance so not for me.
Shamshon —another hold-up type and not in my top 4 ratings.
Bosham —is a possible front runner and starts off as my 2nd top rated so has to be thereabouts.
King Robert —usually likes to track the leaders but looks to prefer a slower surface.
Boomerang Bob —can be held up or track the leaders and is my top rated.
Eljaddaaf —might prefer a longer trip and is only 5th top on my figures.
Zac Brown —is a versatile sort and could lead from stall 1 but isn't in my top 4.
Quatrieme Ami —is my 4th top rated and can be held up or track the early pace.
Guishan —may find this trip too far so not in my reckoning.
SUMMARY: The early pace looks to come from either Zac Brown in stall 1 who might not be able to stay ahead all the way and Bosham 11/1 from stall 3 who is my 2nd top rated horse but it's being ridden by a good 3lb claiming apprentice who has a good strike rate for the stable and it moves into top spot and if getting it right from the front this one could be hard to catch, the original top-rated was BOOMERANG BOB 4/1 and this one ought to be staying on at the finish but maybe not quite enough, luckily enough the selection is a big enough price for me to go with an each-way investment.

This class 6 race has 14 runners but is as poor as it gets, I have got negatives against every single runner, only 2 with a recorded time and just 1 that been known to lead before and that possible pace setter is the bottom weight Oddsocks and with an easy lead could be dangerous in this race as it really won't take much winning, Arizona Snow did a decent time in 2015 which would put it 2lbs ahead in this race but hasn't been anywhere near that level since but is only a 5 year old so could spring back to form but the top rated from a time recorded in 2016 is TASAABOQ 18/1 who has only won once from 46 races so obviously can't be relied upon and I'm not sure if it's worth gambling but any bet will either be this one or the only known leader ODDSOCKS 25/1, the odds are good enough for me to maybe take the risk and go with 2 very small each way bets and I do mean small in such a poor
race.

Tasaaboq 18/1 6th
