3:05 Newmarket Racing Tips (10th June) Handicap (Class 2) (3yo+ 0-105)

A nice class 2 race if the going isn't on the soft side of things, it's given as good at the time of writing and there's very little if any rain expected at the course, so I'm hopeful, of the 13 runners I've got just 2 marked down as potential pacesetters but the 3year old Scorching Heat isn't guaranteed to like the going if it's good or firmer, a few of these ran against each other at Goodwood this year and the time was very fast and I'm not completely sure at the moment whether that was a flukey time and unlikely to be repeated if so it puts a different tilt on the race, if that time wasn't a fluke then BOY IN THE BAR 8/1 is my top rated and is the other horse I've got marked down as a possible front runner but if the time was a fluke then my top rating would shift to the top weight OUT DO 14/1 who did its best time at Ascot last year and well 1st run of this year when finishing 3rd at Ripon but didn't enjoy the drop down to 5 furlongs last time out at York and has been quickly moved back to 6 furlongs for this run, I will go with backing the 2 horses to show a profit whichever one does the business.

Boy In The Bar 8/1 3rd
Out Do 16/1 4th
