3:10 Bath Racing Tips (31st August)

With 3 known front runners in this field of 8 it could be fast run ARCHIMEDES 9/1 is my 3rd top rated but could be the one to prosper if they go too fast in the early stages, its trainer is 1-2 at this course and the jockey 1-5 so looks a positive, BROADWAY HONEY 12/1 is a possible front runner and 2nd best on my figures the trainer only has an 8% win rate here but the jockey has a 20% win rate for the stable so another possible positive pointer but the horse hasn't been anywhere near its best form of 2016 and that puts me off a bit, top spot is CORONATION COTTAGE 7/1 another possible pace maker and the trainer has a 20% win rate here and the jockey is 1-5 so that looks the 3rd horse with positive hints, if pushed I would tilt in favour of the latter because firstly it is possible front runner and has also led and won in a fast time over half a furlong further but I would back all 3 to varying stakes to show a profit whichever one wins.

I've got Hadley and Goninodaethat as the 2 most likely pace setters in this race but I think they will be setting it up for a finishing type, Thornaby Princess is 3rd top and always looks as though further suits it so should be staying on at the finish and could make the frame, SEE VERMONT 7/1 usually likes to track the pace makers and then stay on strongly and should have a good pace to aim at here but I've also got GROUNDWORKER 13/2 as my joint top rated and this one can either race prominently or be held up so will maybe try to come with a late rattle in this race and I won't try to split them any further and back both of them.

WOLVERHAMPTON 7.10
Of the 13 runners I've got negatives marked against 7 of them and none of them look likely to get involved here when there's 4 possible front runners and they are all in the other 6 runners, Triple Dream is the best drawn of the 6 and if the apprentice employed is worth her 7lb claim this horse moves into clear 2nd spot but the apprentice has only had 7 rides before this one and all for this stable and is still looking for her 1st winner, Indian Affair, Top Of The Bank and Newstead Abbey are my original co-2nd top rated but my top rated is BOGSNOG 6/1 who I put as a selection when it won last time out but here is drawn in stall 10 which might not be ideal for a front runner but if getting to the front could be hard to catch and if the pace is too fast from the off it is capable of sitting just behind the pacesetters ready to pounce.
