Only 7 runners but a nice class 3 race, Huntsmans Close my 3rd top rated is the only one in the field that has set the pace before but its bets is a few spots behind my top 2, in 2nd top spot is HIGHLAND ACCLAIM 9/2 who can be held up or track the front runners, its trainer has got a reasonable 13% win rate here but the jockey has a 24% win rate using all the stables horses but with the older brigade his win rate goes up to 43% which is more than very good so it looks like they are expecting a big run from their horse in this race but I do have REPUTATION 11/2 rated slightly higher and this one can also be held up or track the leader/s this one's trainer has a better win ratio of 24% with all his horses here and the jockey has a 16% strike rate with stables older horses, so it looks like both set of connections are expecting a big run in this race and this pair could quite easily have the race between them so I will back both to show a profit whichever one wins but I may tilt my stakes higher on my top rated.

I'm hoping it dries out to be at least good ground but even better if it becomes good to firm, Yes You is a 3year old who has been in good form lately and if the going isn't any better than good it could go well in thi8s race but if it dries out firmer it may find it out, Willsy is 3rd top rated despite looking as though further will suit it even better and should again in this race be staying on strongly, Keenes Point is well weighted on its best form of last year but hasn't been in form yet this year and this step up into class 5 doesn't look a good move but it is still capable of running a good time and could make the frame but top spot goes to YPRES 12/1 who won nicely 3 runs ago when beating Willsy and is weighted to confirm that form but does need good to firm going to show its best and at the price I will be going with an each way wager.
