3:30 Lingfield (6th August) HORSE RACING LOYALTY BONUS AT WINNER.COM HANDICAP (CLASS 5) (3yo+ 0-70)

BILLY RED 9/2 isn't getting any younger and aged ten is in the veteran category but it's still capable of winning races and could lead all the way here. Come On Dave is a bit hard to weigh up, mainly because it's not very consistent but has only raced seven times on the all- weather with three wins and two places so a good record but its times at this course and distance only put it fourth on my figures. Scruffy Tramp is only a three-year-old so could have improvement to come but its times up till now haven't been good enough to win this. Rylee Mooch is last of the six runners on my figures so it's not for me but it is interesting to see that the trainer has employed Keiren Fallon to ride it here but will it be enough? I doubt it. Senator Bong is fairly well weighted and it promotes it to second on my ratings. It's still only a four-year-old so could have more improvement to come and and if it rediscovered its best two-year-old form would make it a danger. Johnny Splash is the other horse in the race that has been known to lead before and at the weights comes out my third best and should make a good race of it.
