3:50 Chelmsford - Fourteen runners in a class six race with two possible front runners: Kodafine, who I think will be better suited on a slower surface but still registers in sixth place on my figures; the other possible leader is Telegraph who I think could be a hidden danger in the race. It has run five times on the all-weather from five-to-eight furlongs but if it gets to lead it could have a chance of showing quite a bit of improvement but I think it will be better on a slower surface. My top four, Foie Gras, Danzoe, Saskias Dream and INVIGILATOR 20/1 can all either be held up or track the leaders but my top rated is drawn in stall thirteen, also the trainers statistics for all of the top four are quite poor.
SUMMARY: It will be a bit of a guessing game to analyse races here for a quite while so stakes must be kept to a minimum - I cant emphasise that enough. For the 2:20 Chelmsford - I'm siding with DOCTOR PARKES 6/1 to finish with its usual flourish and at least, hopefully, make the frame and has a chance of winning. 3:50 Chelmsford - race is quite poor and with all of my top four ratings having poor trainer stats I will have to suggest a very small bet on my top rated INVIGILATOR 20/1 and hope at the price at least makes the frame.
Doctor Parkes 6/1 4th
Invigilator 20/1 1st
