4:25 Southwell Winning Race Tips (5th March) DAILY ENHANCED "MAGIC MULTIPLES" AT UNIBET HANDICAP

Quick Tips: 4:25 Southwell - SLEEPY BLUE OCEAN 8/1 W - 4:55 Southwell - FAIRY WING 7/2 W - 6:15 Chelmsford - YEEOOW 10/1 EW

Only seven runners, which rules out any each way betting (unless you fancy two places). There's two possible known front runners. It Must be Faith could be a hidden danger if it attains an uncontested lead and is the 2/1 favourite. However, I doubt that will happen here when my top rated is the other possible front runner and over the straight five furlong course the draw has no real affect so I'm hoping SLEEPY BLUE OCEAN 8/1 can lead all the way. Using its best recorded time it has a few spots in hand over the field.

4:55 Southwell - A very poor class six race where half of the field have been known to lead. This usually means it would most likely be a fast-run race but most of these haven't recorded a time good enough to register at the bottom of my figures. Sleet is the favourite who I think will be better over a longer trip. If they go too fast up front, the race could play into its hands but I would hope something can repel its finishing kick and that is my top rated FAIRY WING 7/2. It is one of the possible front runners and the only horse to have recorded a time on my figures but has the worst of the drawn in stall eight. I'm hoping it can get a decent early position. Also, it has a ninety-eight day absence to overcome but these are such a bad lot this horse doesn't have to be fully wound up to beat this opposition as it has a good few spots in hand of these if it repeats its best time. I'm hoping the price will be enough to make it a value bet to take that risk.

6:15 Chelmsford - Twelve runners in a class four race. There's only one known front runner in the field so Refuse Colette could gain an uncontested lead and that can spell danger but hard to say exactly how much because it's had eighteen runs before on the all-weather without success. I'm going to say it may have place claims. I gave YEEOOW 10/1 as the selection last time out when it finished fourth. It had dropped down in class that day and I was surprised it didn't make the frame but it wasn't pushed very hard when it couldn't win so I'm giving it another chance to redeem itself here and using Kempton times it is my top rated. From a limited amount of data for this course and distance is Flexible Flyer rated quite highly. It is usually held up so this one can't be discounted whilst the top rated using Lingfield times is Pour La Victoire, who usually tracks the leaders and has the prime draw to do this from stall one.

Sleepy Blue Ocean 8/1 2nd
Fairy Wing 7/2 4th
Yeeoow 10/1 Unp
