QUICK TIP - 8:15 Wolverhampton - EL DUQUE 10/1 EW
Two all-weather meetings and there's no sprints to analyse although this race is over seven furlongs so the best I can find for summary.
This race has been chosen because there's a horse which I noted when it ran over six furlongs which needed a longer trip. This horse has won over course and distance but yet to try the new Tapeta surface. It has winning form on good-to-firm going, which points to it liking this surface. This seven furlong start is more or less right on a bend so stall two should be ideal with its style of running. This gelding should sit in a good position near the rails. Bill Turner is a shrewd judge and it wouldn't surprise me to see EL DUQUE 10/1 running a big race and hold each-way claims. At the available price, I would advise an each-way bet. This selection is out of my sphere of expertise so keep stakes low.
El Duque 10/1 4th
