2:55 Beverley Winning Race Tips (12th May) ANNIE OXTOBY MEMORIAL HANDICAP (Div I) (CLASS 5) (4yo+ 0-70)

I don't think the going description will be good or better but I've done the work so I might as well write the blog but I cant emphasise enough please please check the going before you place a bet my workings are all on good or firmer going.

It's a poor race with only four of the twelve runners even registering on my figures and they are the three horses at the top of the handicap plus one well handicapped horse at the bottom. Amenable is fourth, Boxing Shadows third and both usually like to track the leaders, second top Thatcherite can also track the leaders but could also be held up, Heroique could lead if nothing else wants to but I think the most likely leader is the top rated *PULL THE PIN 8/1 who could get an easy uncontested lead and then I would be surprised if it couldn't at least stay on enough for a place but at the weights it could lead all the way for the win.

3:25 Beverley - Second division this time there's two known leaders, Sir Geoffrey who isn't as good on grass as the all weather recently and the the top weight Bronze beau could lead and is my third top rated so if it gets an easy lead it could be very dangerous, I've got joint top rated horses with *YPRES 16/1 and BUSY BIMBO 33/1 but both have a six months off to overcome, so stakes have to be kept to a low level.

8:35 Chelmsford - Nine runners and the first problem that arises is where is the pace setter coming from as none have been known to lead before so it could be a tactical so stakes are automatically are on the low side, my top two rated are drawn near the rails in stalls one and three, Golden Amber is second top but got the prime draw while the top rated REGAL PARADE 6/1 has got the three stall and if either of these two were allowed to lead at their own pace they could steal the race from the front and both of them are usually just behind the leaders which means they could probably lead its not as like they are hold up types.

There is a sprint at 8:05 on the all weather but its too poor to make any worthwhile predictions so I'm leaving the race well alone.

Pull The Pin *NR
Ypres *NR
Busy Bimbo 33/1 Unp - No bet - Soft ground
Regal Parade 7/1 3rd
