2:20 Newcastle Racing Tips (14th April) Sprint Handicap (Class 4) (4yo+)

A 13 runner class 4 sprint with 5 that have been known to lead before, I've 3 co 3rd top rated but Art Collection and Orient Class have negatives concerning the trainers or jockeys statistics but Aprovado looks ok on the trainers stats but has got good jockey stats so it looks as though they are expecting a big run, then I've got joint top rated horses in FIRST BOMBARDMENT 11/1 who's jockey has ridden winners 18% of the time for this stable but the horse has finished 2nd on its 1st run of the year the last 2 years so maybe stay on from stall 11 to make the frame again here but NEW ROAD SIDE 12/1 has run twice this year and its 2nd place last time out shows its in form and has a chance here to go one better but stall 10 isn't ideal for a horse that usually either races prominently or even lead, the jockey who has had a 3-9 record for the stable looks a positive booking and I'm hoping it gets a clear run and goes 1 step better for the win but I will be going with 2 each way bets in this race.

First Bombardment 11/1 5th
New Road Side 16/1 Unp

A class 2 conditions race with 12 runners and even 2 reserves in case there are any non-runners but I wouldn't consider either of the reserves as potential winners if they are called upon to race, 4 of the 12 are known to lead and Mythmaker who is joint 3rd top rated and drawn in stall 1 may do best of the front-runners, I've got Realise as my 2nd top rated and its usually staying on at this distance and may be better over a little further but my top rated is PRETEND 9/2 who usually likes to race prominently and if it wasn't drawn so wide in stall 12 I would be happier but the trainer has a 32% win rate at this course and the jockey, Adam Kirby has a 44% win rate for the stable, which is very good so it looks as though connections are hoping for a very big run in this race, with a 90k prize for the winner it will be a competitive affair.

Pretend 5/1 10th
5:30 Bath -
There's 6 possible front runners in this field of 11 runners so could be a fast and furious race if the going is good to firm or firmer, ive got joint 2nd top rated with Equally Fast drawn in stall 6 and Moondyne Joe from stall 1 and both are possible pace setters, my 4th top rated is SEAMSTER 10/1 who usually likes to track the leaders and coming out of stall 4, its being ridden by a 7lb claiming apprentice which moves it to top spot as its the 1st time this jockey has ridden for the stable so not sure if its a positive move or not but my original top rated is SILVANUS 16/1 who also likes to track the leaders and is drawn in stall 10 but at least the jockey has a 15% win rate for the stable so once again I will go with 2 each way bets.

Seamster 12/1 2nd
Silvanus 12/1 6th
