1:35 Hamilton Racing Tips (7th May) Six Places In Six Races Handicap

Only 7 runners here and just 1 known front running type but there's 3 that I have discarded from my list that look like lays bets. If they are short enough odds take a look at our sister site www.winningracingtips.com which details horses we expect to lose.

Top Of The bank is my 4th best and the trainer has a decent win ratio here of 21%, Ambitious Icarus is 3rd best and it usually tracks the leaders, in 2nd spot there's Salvatore Fury who can be held up or track the pace setters but top spot is FLICKA'S BOY 6/1 who is also the known front runner so I'm hoping it can get out fast and lead all the way.

A large field of 16 in a class 2 race always means it's going to be competitive but I'm surprised I've only got Captain Colby marked down as a front runner but it's not in my top 5 on times, Eastern Impact is my 3rd top rated and can be held up or track the leaders which are the same with Projection my 2nd spot and the jockey deployed has a 21% win rate for this stable which points to them expecting a big run and could at least make the frame but my top spot is SEEKING MAGIC 12/1 who is being ridden by a good 3lb claiming apprentice to enhance it chances and I'm going with backing it each way at the price.

There's 8 runners this time and only 1 known front runner again and 2 I can delete from my list, the front runner is Foresight and the trainer has a 31% win rate here so could be very dangerous if getting an easy lead, Maureb is 3rd top and Picks Pinta is 2nd top but both look as though a longer trip would suit better and if the early pace is on the slow side they both might get outpaced in a sprint for the line but top rated is PORTLAND STREET 7/1 who can be held up or track the leaders and the trainer has a 15% win rate here and the jockey has a 21% win ratio on the stables older horses but my stakes will be kept low in this race.

Portland Street 7/1 2nd
