3:30 Thirsk Racing Tips (5th July) Handicap

Amazing Race Horse
THIRSK 3.30 Class 3 – 6 furlongs – 11 runners
Jaywalker is 2nd top rated and its versatile with its running style and could even lead and I've only got one other horse, Sir Billy Wright, that is known as a front runner so it ought to be near the front from the off but I think they are both lower in price than they ought to be. CLEAR SPRING 12/1 is top rated and with its 5lb claiming jockey on board takes it quite a few spots ahead, the jockey has never ridden for this stable before but he is a good apprentice, the trainer has only sent 2 horses to this course before with 1 winning and the other finishing 3rd so I think it looks a positive move and worth an each-way investment.

Clear Spring 12/1 4th KEMPTON 6.10 Class 5 (Apprentices) – 6 furlongs – 12 runners
Mishaal my 4th top rated but the only known front runner so could be dangerous with an easy lead Picket Line 3rd best but hasn't got good trainer or jockey stats for this type of race Dream Farr 2nd top has decent 15% win rate for the trainer here so ought to make the frame VARSOVIAN 11/2 top rated trainer has 12% win rate and the jockey is 2-9 with the stables older horses.
SUMMARY: If Mishaal gets an uncontested lead it could be a very big danger but in these apprentice races there's usually a few that go off at a fast early pace so I'm hoping all that will play into the hands of the selection who ought to be staying on strongly at the finish but in this type of race I would never go in with big wagers so I'm hoping a small bet will pay me dividends.

Varsovian 9/1 8th BATH 6.30 Class 4 – 5 furlongs+160yds – 8 runners
I've got 1 known front runner and its also my top rated but saying that there could be some hidden dangers in the race but my top rated is SILVERRICA 9/1 the front runner and if leading like it did over this course and distance 3 runs ago May 26th and reproducing that same time it then must have a good chance of one better that that day and find itself back into the winners enclosure and both the trainers winning stats of 21% and the same 21% for the jockey then it all points to connections expecting a big run from their horse in this race.

Silverrica 9/1 7th
