2:00 Bath Racing Tips (9th Aug) Lucky Clover to Win

Lucky Lucky Lucky
BATH 2.00
A decent affair for a class 6 race, Ask The Guru and Jaganory are my joint 3rd top rated and both are being ridden by 5lb claimers so they would move to top spot and both like to race prominently my 2nd top spot goes to Davids Beauty who is one of the 3 known front runners in the race , my top rated is LUCKY CLOVER 11/4 who is another that likes to race prominently and the trainer has a good 21% win rate at this course and the jockey is 2-7 for the stable so it points to connections expecting a big run from their horse in this race.

I'm never quite sure with this distance if I want a strong 5furlong horse or a weak 6 furlong animal then add its an apprentice race I would normally be very wary but my top rated is ISLAND CLOUD 7/1 a 3year old that has made the frame in 3 of its 4 runs this year, it's usually held up for a late run and there's 3 known pace setters in the race so it could get the fast pace to aim at that it likes but my stakes will be kept fairly low.

NR: Island Cloud YARMOUTH 6.45
MADAME BOUNTY 7/1 is 3rd top a 3year old and only 1lb lower than the 2nd top rated LYDIAS PLACE 12/1 who is the only known front runner and could be very dangerous with an easy lead and is big enough price to back each way but again just 1lb higher rated is ARZAAK 9/2 another 3year old so it very tight at the top of my ratings and I'm hoping to back all 3 to show a profit whichever one wins.

Arzaak 9/2 2nd
Lydia's Place 3rd
NR: Madam Bounty
I've no idea where the early pace will come from in this race but I've got Until Midnight as my original top rated but this bottom weight may need a longer trip to show its best and this race may not be run to suit its style, UPAVON 6/1 is being ridden by a good 3lb claiming apprentice which moves it to top spot and the apprentice has ridden winners for the stable before and the trainer has an 18% win ratio at this course and looks the safest option in the race but my stakes will be kept low that's even if the going is good or faster, which always applies to my ratings.

NR: Upavon
