Jersey Breeze 14/1 5th
CATTERICK 3.50
This 1st division of this race isn't the greatest and not 1 of the 9 runners is known as a front running type and any stakes will be kept on the low side of things, Deben is 3rd top rated from a time recorded over this course and distance but that was last year and hasn't shown the same level so far this year, Salvatore Fury is 2nd top from a time this year at Hamilton which should indicate that it will handle this course but my top rated is SEARANGER 5/1 a hold up type which may not be ideal unless something decides to set a reasonably fast early pace and its saving grace is the fact its best was recorded this year and over this course and distance, the trainer has a good 27% win ratio here with the older horses and the jockey a 15% win rate for the stable so hopefully both pointers to them expecting a big run here.
Searanger 5/1 3rd

This 2nd division isn't any better but at least there's some known pace in the race, Bop It could try to lead and is my 4th top rated, Bold Spirit my 3rd best is capable of leading if nothing else wanted to, in 2nd spot is another possible front runner in Willbeme but the trainer has a 0-12 record at this course which puts me off while my top rated SPIRIT OF ZEBEDEE 5/1 usually like to track the leaders and then stay on the stronger so this race may be run to suit its style and the trainer has a 16% win rate here and the jockey the same 16% win rate for the stable which is hopefully all positives to its chances.

Spirit Of Zebedee 5/1 1st
CATTERICK 5.20
A minimum sprint with 4 horses known to lead Oriental Splendour is 3rd top but may prefer further, Foxtrot Knight is 2nd top and usually likes to track the leaders but top rated is PENNY DREADFUL 10/1 who is a possible front runner and has got the prime stall 1 draw here and the 7lb claiming apprentice has ridden 3 winners for this stables older horses equalling a 25% win ratio and I'm hoping it can lead all the way here and the price permits me to have some insurance with an each way bet.
