2:50 Lingfield Racing Tips (12th January)

Horse Racing Tips
LINGFIELD 2.50

There's only 7 runners and 6 of them have some chance of winning this race, the top weight Juan Horsepower has good trainer/jockey stats and a reasonable time recorded last year, my top rated on this course is MONUMENTAL MAN 5/1 who is also the only natural looking front runner in the race so if getting to the front it ought to be hard to catch and the jockey booking looks as though connections are expecting a big run here.

Monumental Man 13/2 3rd

LINGFIELD 3.50

This apprentice jockeys race is quite an open looking affair with a fair amount of opposing stats for each runner, Jorvik Prince has been in great form winning its last 3 races but has the handicapper caught up with it now, I'm thinking yes and being drawn in stall 10 isn't going to help its cause especially with 3 other known front runners in the race, Bertie Blu Boy recorded a time in 2016 that would win this race easily and in its defence it hasn't tried this course and distance for over a year, Temple Road ought to be involved but the trainer is 0-18 in apprentice races on the all weather tracks and only an 8% win rate including turf races, my top rated is Ask The Guru but this ones trainer is 1-38 in all weather apprentice races. It may prove to be a race best left alone or to trade on.

NEWCASTLE 8.15

For a 5 furlong race there's not many front running types in the race, Camanche Grey is my 4th top rated just 1lb behind Little Kingdom in 3rd spot, in 2nd spot I've got Fintry Flyer who usually stays on strongly at this distance as though further would suit it better but maybe this race wont be run at a fast pace for its stamina to come fully into play but it could make the frame, in top spot is NOVABRIDGE 7/1 who is the only known front runner in the race and if allowed to set its pace with an easy lead it could prove hard to catch in this poor class 7 race.

+ Tricast £628.99
