5:35 Chelmsford Racing Tips (29th March)

Horse Racing Tips
CHELMSFORD 5.35 (DIV 1)
Of the 10 runners 4 of them are front running sorts and 3 of them are in my top 4 ratings, Monarch Maid has got the best draw in stall 4 but is only 4th best on times, Secret Asset is 3rd best and is the one that isn't known as a pacesetter, its got stall 1 but I doubt its got the early pace to lead so will sit on the rails behind the leaders hoping to pick them up, Hurricane Alert is a versatile sort and did show an improved piece of form last time out over this course and distance buts still a maiden after 19 all-weather runs and has only won once in 34 races, another that could set the pace is CULLODEN 9/1 who initially looks poorly drawn in stall 10 but I think it ought to be able to get away fast enough to be either leading or contesting the lead from the off with such a small amount of other early paced sorts and if getting to the front could prove to be hard to catch.

Culloden 10/1 2nd CHELMSFORD 6.05 (DIV 2)
This division isn't easy to analyse although I've discarded 5 from my possible winners list the other 5, Waneen who has got a good trainer stat and its only had 1 run here since recording a fast time in 2016, Lady Joanna Vassa who has a slow time from its only run here but has a good time from Kempton, Billy's Boots who is 0-12 on the all-weather tracks and its best time was at Lingfield, Mighty Zip who always looks as though it needs further when racing at this minimum distance but its best time was recorded at this c/d and Camino who’s best time comes from Lingfield the trainer has a very poor 0-16 record at this track, are hard to separate. Stakes, if any, will be kept low here but I might try dutching Waneen 9/2, Lady Joanna Vassa 6/1 and Mighty Zip 5/1.
