7:00 Beverley Racing Tips (23rd July)

Beverley Racecourse

There's a couple of front runners in this field of 11, so this race definitely ought to be a true run race with the makeup of the race. I'm not sure what to make of Bondi beach Boy hes one of the 2 front runners but faded when finishing 2nd 2 runs ago where it set a fairly sedate pace and hasn't shown much time wise since 2016, Scoundrel is my 3rd top rated and being a 3 year old it could improve further, *BOSHAM 15/2 is my 2nd top rated but its the other front runner and if getting to the front could be hard to catch but i do have MUSHAARIF 4/1 rated higher and has been running well lately being in the first 4 on its last 3 runs and this an opportunity to get back to winning ways, i will back both selections but favouring my top rated.

Mushaarif 4/1 2nd

A poor turnout of 5 for this class 3 race, Madame Bounty always looks as further would suit it better but with no front runner I'm not sure how fast the early pace will be and that always causes me problems. Quench Dolly seems better when the going isn't too fast so it could struggle here, the 3 year old Nine Below Zero is 3rd top rated and could do better in time, Equimou comes out 2nd best here but hasn't been running well lately and its best time might have been a one off being towed along in a fast run race, the top weight OPEN WIDE 3/1 comes out top rated it won 3 races ago in a class 4 handicap at Salisbury where it recorded its best time, next time out it ran very well raised to this class when finishing less than 2 lengths behind the winner, its last outing was in a class 2 race which proved a step too far so stepping back down into this class it has every chance of getting back to winning ways.
