2:15 Beverley Racing Tips (16th July)

Beverley racecourse and horse racing tips BEVERLEY 2.15

There's 17 runners in this class 6 race but its not as bad as it first looks, the 3 runners that have been known to lead before don't feature in my top 4 ratings, Oriental Splendour would be competitive on a time from 2017 but hasn't been near that level since then, Twentysvntlancers is my 3rd top-rated just 1lb below Groundworker in 2nd spot but I do have CUPPACOCO 8/1 rated a few spots clear on a time it recorded last year at Thirsk on good to firm going and showed its well being when winning 2 runs ago on good ground but prefers the faster conditions and the jockey does ok on the stables older horses and it may get a good tow into this race being drawn next door to what I think will be the pacesetter and I will go with a small each-way punt.

Cuppacoco 14/1 Unp

BATH 3.30

Only 6 runners and I'm hoping, looking at the tissue prices in the Sporting Life, the bookies have underestimated the chances of SILVERRICA 14/1 who I admit doesn't look good at first glance at its form this year but there have been excuses for its poorish runs but it did record a decent time at Lingfield on turf this year and a time it recorded at Salisbury last year would see it lead and win cosily and will be carrying my money.

Silverrica 14/1 6th

BATH 4.30

Only 4 runners here and 2 of them are 3-year-olds and the only known front runner is the 3-year-old More Than Likely but it did lead over 5 furlongs and this race is 6 furlongs but could be dangerous with an easy lead but top rated is PEACE DREAMER 7/2 who recorded its best time over this c/d so has to be selection.

Peace Maker 4/1 3rd

Another poor turnout of just 6 runners, there's 2 that have been known to lead but both Arzaak and Choosey haven't been in good form recently so I think they will be setting the race up for a finishing type, the topweight MOVE IN TIME 2/1 starts off as my top rated and has decent trainer/jockey stats and only loses top spot by 1lb to GRANDFATHER TOM 10/3 who is being ridden by a 5lb claiming apprentice so I will go with backing them both in this race.

Grandfather Tom 11/2 1st
Move In Time 3/1 2nd
