ONE HART may need a longer distance to show its best and time wise a good few spots needed win this race so maybe worth laying if a single figure price.
GOWANLAD my top rated using its best time which was recorded this year and I think the highish draw will help its cause.
SOMEWHERE SECRET looks the likely pacesetter and won last time out in a slow run affair and up in class for this race so worth taking on at 11/2.
KILCONGUHAR has won its last two races but time wise they were both a bit slow but is in good form so could go well.
REDZONE is my 4th top rated and like nearly all this field it likes to track the leaders but the draw might be the biggest thing against it here and looks poor value at 4/1.
ROYAL ADVICE is the only hold up type in this race and is my 2nd top rated so should be finishing well and could make the frame at 14/1.
DABIRSTAR is another that will need to improve a good few spots time wise to win this race but is drawn on the favoured side.
LATE ARRIVAL hasn't any form over this distance and its form seems to point to it wanting a longer distance to show its best so maybe worth a small lay if a single figure price.
BAKR hasn't ever won over this distance before and that looks mainly due to it looking to want further before it can show its utmost best.
LUCKY LUCKY MAN usually races in midfield in its races and hasn't shown much this year and its 2020 best is also wanting.
HURSTWOOD comes out 3rd best on my ratings but those ratings have come in lower class races and also might prefer further.
SUMMARY: I expect Somewhere Secret to set the pace from stall 7 and could be dangerous if allowed a soft lead 8 others in the race like to track the leaders so I don't expect the race to be run at a slowish early pace, my money will be riding on GOWANLAD 11/2 who likes to track the leaders and from stall 9 it could get a good tow into the race.
