3:00 Lingfield Racing Tips (10th May)

LINGFIELD 3.00

VANDAD 9/2 hasn't any form over this course and distance and i think it might be a better prospect when raced over a longer distance and one I will look to lay at the price but I would only lay the win part.

LUA DE MEL 25/1 another entrant with no course and distance form and this one also might be better when raced over further, I would lay it but its not value to do so at the price.

SHINING 5/1 has only one win to its name from 17 runs on any All-Weather course, it has run over this course and distance 7 times and been placed in 4 of them so could make the frame again but maybe not good enough for the win as it is only joint 5th best on my figures so I would lay the win part only at the price.

PINK FLAMINGO 16/1 is a possible pacesetter but only joint 5th top on my list, it has had 2 previous course and distance runs, winning one of them but nowhere in the other but could go okay from the front.

HEY HO LETS GO 7/2 has won once and been placed twice from 5 previous course and distance runs and likes to track the leaders before staying on at the finish and it is 3rd top on my overall ratings but is 2nd top on recent times so could go well but not an each way price.

SOMMER KATZE 25/1 another possible front runner and has a time from Southwell that would make it my 2nd top overall but I am not convinced it will like this surface as it might be a bit too quick for it but not worth laying at the price.

LETHAL BLAST 7/2 doesn't have to lead but has been known to do so but I doubt it will need to lead in this race, it has won once from 3 runs over this course and distance but is only 4th top rated on my figures I couldn't back it each way because its not a big enough price but I also couldn't lay it even though i'm doubtful it can win this race.

AGUEROOO 7/2 has won once and been placed twice from just 4 course and distance runs and at the weights it comes out top on my figures and usually stays on strongly at the finish over this distance so this race could be run to suit its style.

STARCHANT 33/1 still a maiden after 38 runs and will be the outsider in this field and I cannot see it breaking its duck in this race.

SUMMARY: The early pace looks likely to be set by Sommer Katze or Pink Flamingo and the former may do best of the front runners, Lethal Blast and Hey Ho Lets Go could run well and battle to make the frame but this race looks likely to be run to suit the racing style of AGUEROOO 7/2 who usually stays on strongly at the finish over this distance.

1:00 Southwell Racing Tips (4th April)

SOUTHWELL 1.00

Today's two sprints are pretty poor affairs and stakes will be kept to a minimum, the early pace might be set by Jeans Maite but strictly on form its not weighted to beat AGUEROOO 9/2 again, San Juan is forecast to be the 2nd favourite but again at the weights its held but this time by Red Allure, Brandy Station has a decent time from Newcastle but slow times from its 7 previous c/d runs so maybe isn't suited to this surface and the jockeys 0-11 record for this stable has to be taken as a negative,RAABEH 18/1 hasn't made the frame in 9 races but does have a good time from Newcastle but that might have been a flukey time where it got carried along in a fast run affair but it has good trainer/jockey stats so maybe today is the day it breaks its maiden tag, DARK SIDE DREAM 6/1 has good trainer stats and is my top rated on recent c/d times which is always a positive and I will be dutching the 3 horses.

SOUTHWELL 3.36

This is a tricky looking race with just one known front runner in Jazz Legend but time wise it would need to improve to hold on for the win but could make the frame, First Excel is versatile with its racing tactics and is another that could make the frame, others that have a competitive time from awhile ago or different tracks are,Tyche, Catapult, Deevious Beau, Burning Sun and Kommander Kirkup but I will have a small bet on the top weight DECISION MAKER 13/2 who if it can repeat its best time from 2020 it would win this race a shade cosily but has a 171 day break from racing to overcome and the fact that it wasn't in the best of form when it was last seen but is capable and the jockey has a 20% win ratio for the stable so I am hoping that is a good omen.

12:25 Lingfield Racing Tips (31st December)

LINGFIELD 12.25

Only 5 runners for this class 4 dash at least there is a couple that should make sure there's a good fast early pace, maybe Charming Kid can take full advantage of its stall 1 draw and being my joint 2nd top rated it could prove hard to catch if allowed an easy lead, Recon Mission has been known to lead before but its best time from Kempton wouldn't be enough to win this race and may need further to show its true worth, Chairmanic is another that might need further before it shines, Thegreatestshowman is my other joint 2nd top rated so should be staying on at the finish but my money will be riding on SAAHEQ 4/1 who should be staying on strongly at the finish, at first glance it looks to be out of form but its last two runs have been in fast run affairs and a repeat of those times would be enough to get it back to winning ways.

LINGFIELD 3.35

There is five 3yo’s in this field of 11 runners and to tell the truth this race won't take much winning, there is only 2 horses that have recorded fast enough times to register in 2020 those being AGUEROOO 9/1 who is 2nd top rated and COMEATCHOO 10/3 who is top rated on just 2020 c/d times but this ones jockey record of 0-16 on the stables 3yo’s is a little off-putting, the top weight COME ON GIRL 4/1 is top rated overall using its best time which was recorded at Chelmsford this year and should be my main selection but the jockeys 0-8 record for the stable does temper my confidence, I will back all 3 selections, there isn't much value in doing so but i cannot see any other options.

NEWCASTLE 3.50

This is quite a competitive race for a class 6 affair but there isn't any natural front runner in the race although Leo Minor who hasn't been in the best of form lately has led when nothing else wants to so maybe it will try again here and could be dangerous if allowed an easy lead but what usually happens is that trainers see the lack of pace and then instruct their horses to set the pace and then several can try the same thing and then none of then gain an advantage, there is a few I would look to lay if they are of value to do so but i will be taking a punt on FAIR ALIBI 14/1 (EW) in this race who hasn't been at its best lately but hopefully it can track the pacesetter in this race and then stay on resolutely at the finish and get back to winning ways and the price is big enough to back it each way.

6:00 Kempton Racing Tips & Lay Bets (16th November)

KEMPTON 6.00 6F Class 3

A nice looking race but hard to confidently analyse to a conclusion, Recon Mission could set the pace here and in the make-up of this race stall 12 might not be too bad as there isn't any other natural front running types whilst Lancelot Du Lac has been known to set the pace if nothing else wants to and they are my 4th and 5th top rated horses, Total Committment from stall 1 is my 3rd top rated while Benny And The Jets can struggle to stay the distance if there is a fast early pace but is my 2nd top rated and this race may be ok for it but I will be trusting TYPHOON TEN 9/1 with my money, its coming out of stall 2 so should be able to get a good early position and then track the leaders which is its preferred racing style and jockey has a nice 20% win ratio for the Hannon stable on their older horses.

KEMPTON 8.00 6F Class 6 Div II

I can see a couple I will look to lay (The Establishment + No Diggity) who both might need further to shine, of the 2 known front runners the top weight Buy Me Back may do best, Perfect Symphony has a good time from 2019 and hasn't any recent c/d form but could go well here as could Ruspers Lad,Magicinthemaking and Secret Potion as they all have snippets of form that could see them in the mix, I will be backing PHOENIX STAR 8/1 who will be running on strongly at the finish and from stall 10 it could get a good tow into the race.

KEMPTON 8.30 6F Class 6 Div II

This 2nd division is impossible to analyse mainly due to there being no known front runners in the race and eight 3yo’s but I do have one of the 3yo’s in my top 4 ratings, in fact there's only 4 horses with a recorded time and I will be dutching all four of them to low stakes as anything could improve and scuttle my plans, I am hoping SIR RODNEYREDBLOOD 5/1 does best of the 3yo’s but it may need a degree of luck from stall 12 it is my 2nd top rated on just 2020 times and 4th top overall, the other 3 are older horses, AGUEROOO 20/1 is 2nd top overall if I use a time from 2018 and it hasn't run over this c/d since that year so cannot be ignored, GHEPARDO 6/1 is top rated on just 2020 c/d times which is always a positive while the 4th horse I will dutch is NAPPING 20/1 who has only a slow time over this c/d but has a good time from Lingfield but it is top rated using a Chelmsford time.

2:55 Lingfield Racing Tips & Lay Bets (8th January)

LINGFIELD 2.55

ROCK BOY GREY hasn't any c/d form to its name and it would need to improve on its best Kempton time MOUNT WELLINGTON has only slow times over this c/d and on this surface so this surface doesn't look to suit it so a lay in my opinion. ROYAL DYNASTY could set the pace if nothing else wants to but it will be a slow pace if allowed to dictate and not for me in this race AGUEROOO is on a losing streak of 11 runs but the jockey does ok on this course for the trainer and comes out top on my figures AMOR KETHLEY has only 1 win from 11 attempts on AW tracks and may fall just short again in this race MONT KIARA has been known to lead before and is my 2nd top-rated and could prove hard to catch if getting to the front.

SUMMARY: I will definitely look to lay (Mount Wellington) and I think this race could concern just 2 runners so I could maybe lay the other 3 as well, I think/hope that Mont Kiara sets a decent pace to the race and then only AGUEROOO 9/2 has a higher speed figure so this one will carry my money in this race.

WOLVERHAMPTON 7.30

ROYAL BIRTH is versatile when it comes to racing tactics and that includes leading and is one of 2 in this race that has the same trainer and owner, (which ones the trier or are they both going to be trying) WATCHABLE has been known to lead before but timewise it would need to improve a few spots to win the race but could be dangerous if allowed an easy lead STREET PARADE is the other horse from the same trainer and owner, it hasn't any form on this surface and will be a danger if taking to this surface ACCLAIM THE NATION is another possible pacesetter and can produce fast times but usually in slightly lower class races CANFORD BAY is another versatile type concerning racing tactics but this is a big step up from the usual class 4 races it runs in.

SUMMARY: The bottom two in the handicap, Acclaim The Nation and Canford Bay may get outclassed in this race if there's a fast early pace, Watchable would need to improve on its times on this surface, that leaves stablematesStreet Parade and Royal Birth, the former is being ridden by the champion elect jockey Ben Curtis which does look a positive move but his record of 1-16 on AW races for this stable doesn't inspire me but ROYAL BIRTH 3/1 is a possible pacesetter and its got the plum draw in stall one and the jockey, Jason Hart has an overall win ratio of 18% for this stable but on the AW tracks his record is 3-7 so I am hoping this horse can lead from start to finish and will be carrying some of my dosh.
