3:35 Hamilton Racing Tips (8th June)

HAMILTON 3.35

Class 2 6f 8 run Not an easy race to analyse as there is no known natural front running type in this race, I will be looking to lay Walking On Clouds who won last time in a lower grade race and gave me some cash to visit www.triplejoker.com has a relatively slow time and I'm not sure good to firm ground suits it so might get found out at this level of racing on a fast surface, Acklam Express hasn't shown much in 4 runs this year but I'm not 100% sure if I can actually lay it but if a shortish price then I might lay it. Jump The Gun might need a longer distance to show its best form so it might be the one to set the pace to the race and then kick nearing hope and try to use its stamina to win the race but I think it get outpaced using those tactics but it might help my cause. Call Me Ginger is my 4th top rated with Snash and Khanjar as my joint 2nd top rated horses but my money will be riding on EDWARD CORNELIUS 9/2 who can struggle to stay the distance in a race with a really fast early pace so this race might prove ideal for it.

Class 4 6f 8 run Pearle D’Or seems better when there is some cut in the ground so could struggle here but I expect it will be an outsider and not of value to lay, Society Lion will be trying to stay on at the finish but I think it might not catch the front runners in this race and might be one to take on. If Tolstoy is a single figure price its another one that I will be looking to lay as this one also likes some cut in the ground. Priscilla's Wish is my 3rd top rated using a course and distance rating recorded in 2022 so could go well here if repeating that rating, Sir Oliver comes out in 2nd top spot but that is using a rating it recorded at Brighton in 2021 and its best since that year would leave it a good few spots short of winning this race. My money, apart from visiting the best online casino, will be riding on MELLY'S FLYER 9/1 (EW) who likes to front run and could get its own way in this race and a repeat of its best rating recorded at Epsom it will lead all the way.

GOODWOOD 4.10 

A big field of 15 with a third of them being known to have led before so it should be a fast and furious dash, price wise I'm not sure if I can find anything of value to lay as there won't be many horses at a single figure price, Equality 13/2 my 4th top rated and Lihou 16/1 my 2nd top rated are possible pacesetters which could see many horses not capable of being involved in the finish, the top weight Atalis Bay 9/1 comes out in 2nd top spot using a time recorded at Haydock last year and usually likes to track the leaders before staying on at the finish but hasn't shown much so far this year in its 3 runs so could be worth an each way punt if bouncing back to form but I will side with STONE OF DESTINY 10/1 who also needs to bounce back to form which it has done before without giving prior notice and this one's best speed figure rating also comes from Haydock last year but the jockey does have a 19% win ration on the stables older horses.

A field of 13 for this class 5 dash, there is a couple of horses that are forecast to be single figure prices that could be worth laying, Phoenix Star 6/1 who might need further to show its best form on good to firm ground and the 3yo Where's Diana 9/1 who would need to improve quite a few spots time wise to win this race, Lost My Sock 8/1 races as though further would suit it better but still comes out in 4th top place on my figures so could be worth an each way punt, Buniann is my 3rd top rated using a 2021 rating but hasn't shown much on turf so far this year, my second top rated horse on a time it recorded this year at Ripon is HIGH SECURITY 8/1 who could be the one to set the pace to this race and if allowed to dominate from the front it could prove a very hard nut to catch and being my top rated on just this years figures it has to carry some of my money but I do have LATIN FIVE 18/1 rated higher but that is using a 2021 speed figure and its best so far this year has been way below that level, I will be backing them both to cover the angles the front runner with good trainer/jockey stats and a rating recorded this year and one that runs on at the finish and is my top rated overall and could win if reproducing its best figure from 2021.

A field of 12 where a quarter of them have been known to lead before and they fill the top 3 places according to my speed figures, Atyaaf is my 4th top rated so could be the one to benefit if the leaders go off too fast and fade badly nearing the finish, I have got joint 2nd top rated horses, King Crimson who recorded its best time in 2021 and has made the frame in all 3 of its runs this year so could go well again here and might be worth an each way interest and Arzaak who also recorded its best figures last year, I think that PRETTY SHIFTWELL 3/1 could be capable of leading the race and its best time from this year would make it my top rated by 2lbs but has a time from 2021 over this course and distance that is far superior compared to recent figures and which would see it winning this race quite cosily.

LINGFIELD 3.00 

A class 5 handicap on the Polytrack surface with 3 known front running types amongst the 8 entrants, I'm not sure if I can find anything of value to lay so lets look for the winner. The Defiant is one of the possible pacesetters and comes out 4th best on my figures, in third top spot sits Sir Rodneyredblood who likes to stay on at the finish and could make the frame, the top weight Wings Of A Dove is my 2nd top rated and another that has been known to lead before and could be hard to pass for most of these but I do have SAAHEQ 14/1 rated higher by 3lbs and to be honest it hasn't shown much so far this year in its 3 runs but is capable of bouncing back to form without warning and hopefully it will be an each way price for this race.

Only 6 runners with 2 known front runners, I'm not keen on laying 3yo’s but Thakrah races as though it will do better when tried over a longer distance so might be worth the risk if of value to lay, the top weight Amor De Mi Vida 2/1 could do best of those coming from off the pace being my third top rated but my top 2 ratings are both front running types, Aish 6/1 comes out 2nd best but if the ground is good to firm then i will be backing PRETTY SHIFTWELL and a repeat of its best speed figure would see it winning this race a shade cosily.

A field of 8 for this class 4 race with 3 known front running types so it should be a true run affair especially as Symbol Of Hope 5/2 and Under Curfew 8/1 are my 3rd and 2nd top rated so many horses might not be able to get involved in this race, Majeski Man 13/2 hasn't won at this distance before and I doubt that will change here as it seems to like further so one I will look to lay, my money will be riding on AUTUMN FLIGHT 9/1 who is usually held up for a late run and is dropped in class to run in this race and hopefully that will rejuvenate after its 2 runs so far this year have been quite poor but it has won before without giving prior warning of coming back to form.

Not a bad race for a class 6 affair and there's a couple of known front running types amongst them, firstly i will look to lay *Nigg Bay 6/1 who is forecast to be five to one and that looks poor value for a horse that needs a longer distance to show its best form, Silver Diva 12/1 could make the frame if it can reproduce its best rating from 2021 but is been a few spots below that level so far this year, Andre Amar 6/1 is my 2nd top rated and it recorded its best rating over this course and distance this year but UBAHHA 9/4 is rated 2lbs better plus its one of the 2 possible pacesetters in this race so if getting to the front it should prove hard to catch.

The bottom 3 in the handicap look to have very little chance of winning this race but never say never, but I doubt they will be of value to lay, there isn't any known pacesetters in this race which always makes things very hard to analyse to a conclusion, Dark Shot 50/1 and Good Earth 3/1 can both struggle to stay this distance in a fast run affair but may be ok with the make-up of this race but I have two horses that are a good few spots ahead of the rest of the field using my own unique speed ratings and there is only 1lb between them, After John 13/2 has poorish jockey stats while the trainer is 0-19 with their older horses at this course so I will back HAIL SEZER 11/2 who can be held up or race I'm midfield the top class jockey booking looks a positive move and this will be his first ride for the stable.

A field of 7 for this race with only Haveoneyerself known to lead and could be very dangerous if allowed an easy lead, there is three 3yo’s in the field who could improve without warning which has put me on the back foot and the formlines are so tangled I'm not sure what will win this race so maybe the best way to go to make a profit is to lay something, I have marked down 2 horses that I could lay, Colombre 3/1 who may need a longer distance on good to firm ground to show its best form while Grandfather Tom 9/2 has been running ok lately but may find itself outclassed at this level.

Only six runners with one known pace setting type amongst them, the bottom 2 in the handicap look to have virtually no chance of winning this race, I would look to lay Snow Berry who has won at this distance but only in a slow time and hasn't been in good form recently and also has poorish trainer/jockey stats, I only have 1lb between my 2 top rated horses and my 2nd top rated is Amor De Mi Vida 8/11 and that price looks way too short in my opinion so I will go with AISH 4/1 who is my top rated and also the only known front runner in the race so if leading and setting its own pace it could lead all the way for the victory.

A field of 11 with just Mews House 15/2 known as a front running type but it would need to improve time wise to stay ahead all the way for the win but could possibly be an each way bet but would need others to falter, I will look to lay the top weighted Runnin Wild 11/2 who may need further and has poor trainer/jockey stats, Bunnian is my 3rd top rated but hasn't been in good form lately, Tanasoq is capable of producing a good speed rating but usually in a lower class six race, I will be putting my money on GLORIOUS RIO 5/1 who likes to track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish it has good jockey stats and is drawn close to the likely leader so will hopefully get a good tow into the race.

2:40 Yarmouth Racing Tips (26th April)

YARMOUTH 2.40 

All low grade class 5 races today which doesn't inspire confidence on turf as consistency cannot be applied to many if any at this level, I'm not sure what will set the pace but if i had to guess I would go with Palifico who has done it before when nothing else wanted to lead and could be dangerous if leading here, if there isn't a fast early pace then Special Mayson may find the trip too short for it while Mehmo could struggle to stay if there is a fast early pace, my top rated horse is I AM A DREAMER 14/1 who might be worth a small each way interest, if not big enough to back each way then probably best to leave the race alone, somethings that does put me off backing this horse is the trainers 1-56 stats at this course and the jockeys 0-4 for this stable plus its been 23 runners and 71 days since the stables last winner. 

I Am A Dreamer 7/1 5th -1pt

Just 7 runners for this race with Kraken Power the most likely one to set the early pace and being my 3rd top rated it could go well but will need to improve a few spots if others run to their best to win this race, I could look to lay four of the runners if of value to do so, I've got Shalaa Asker as my top rated but this horse seems to run ok without winning as its had 12 races on grass being placed in half of them but no wins which is off-putting also the jockeys 1-19 record for the stable doesn't inspire confidence so I will put my faith on the top weight PEARL OF QATAR 9/2 who is dropped in class to run in this race and has won before when returning after a break, with the trainers 27% win ratio at this course and the jockeys 21% win ratio for the stable it looks like connections are expecting a big run in this race and getting it back to winning ways.

Down to a measly 6 runners in this race but there isn't what I would call a natural front running type in the race although JORDAN ELECTRICS 12/1 has led before over six furlongs but may not usually be able to lead over this distance but if nothing else wants to lead then it could lead all the way, it usually finds this distance too short on good to firm going, as it is my joint top rated along with ALBEGONE 4/1 who usually stays on at the finish over this distance and this pair are only rated 2lbs higher than ROSE BANDIT 5/2 who won last time 10 days ago so we know this one is in tip top form, I was thinking of dutching these 3 runners and will do so if its possible when I see the betting for the race but maybe the way to make a profit from this race is by laying something and my candidate to lay is the bottom weight Spanish Angel 5/2 who races as though further would suit it better and the early pace may not be quick in this race so it might not suit it and the trainers strike rate is only 7% and the jockeys win ratio for today's stable is only 5%.

1:50 Epsom Racing Tips (19th April)

EPSOM 1.50 

Here we are on the fastest course in the country where the track record is 53.6 seconds to cover the five furlongs which means the horse covers 20.5 yards every second. I can see 4 horses that are confirmed front running types and this race could be won from the front. The betting will be the deciding factor whether I lay anything in this race but I have go something in mind if they are value to lay, it is quite a competitive race and several with chances of winning here so my stakes will be kept low but I will be having a bet on JUST THAT LORD 9/1 who only ran twice last year and the first one of those two races was a win so it can win when returning after a break and it has good trainer/jockey stats even if that's from a limited amount of data.

I have no idea which horse or horses will set the pace to this race so I will be wary when betting and keep my stakes low, if Bomb Squad or Rain Cap decide to set the pace they could be very dangerous as both look as though further would suit them better and if bringing stamina into play they could have the advantage while others, Astrophysics, Tom Tulliver and Gustav Graves who can struggle to stay this distance would have every chance if there was a slow early pace and becomes a 2 furlong dash in the home straight, I will be splitting my stakes between *JACK RYAN 11/2 who usually runs on strongly at this distance and might prefer further so if this one sets the pace it could lead all the way but I do have AMAZING AMAYA 13/2 as my top rated over this c/d for this year and this one is usually held up for a late run so hopefully backing them both will cover the angles.

The going is given as good and good to firm in places but I will watch an earlier race before I make my mind up but I think the going will be ok for me to bet on, its not a bad looking class 5 dash with half of the 10 runners having led before it ought to be a true run affair but they could be setting it up for something coming from off the pace as Outrage 15/2 will battle hard in the early stages to lead and could make the early pace too fast and then they fade nearing the finish, the top weight Nehmo 15/2 won last time it ran 174 days ago and will need this run for fitness so I will look to lay it, Silver Dollar 3/1 has been in cracking form on the AW but hasn't run on grass before so I'm not really sure what to expect of it here but I couldn't back or lay it, it could win easily or maybe not like the surface, who knows but I will stick with the proven, my top rated using a time recorded at Ripon last year is COLEY'S KOKO 8/1 (EW) and this one is either held up at the rear or races in midfield and then runs on strongly at the finish, it didn't show much on its only run this year which was the same last year when coming back from a break from racing and last year it won on its second run of the year and I'm hoping it can repeat that feat here and if a double figure price I will be going with an each way investment.

3:20 Redcar Racing Tips (14th September)

This race may not be quite what it seems, firstly there isn't a known front running type amongst the 8 runners and then secondly the time the 3yo RUNNINWILD 5/1 recorded at Carlisle is very very high for this class of race so if that time is a true reflection it would win cosily and it does have good jockey stats, if that time isn't to be believed then the win could fall to another 3yo CAPTAIN VALLO 3/1, both of them like to track the leaders but that applies to 7 of the runners in total, I will probably have small bets on both of them, if there was a guarantee of a fast early pace I would have looked to lay both Khabib 9/1 and Wades Magic 3/1 who both look better prospects when racing over a shorter distance.

Just 6 runners for this class 5 race and its another race without a known front running type but there is a horse I fancy quite strongly for this race but the lack of known pace is a concern, Mehmo 5/1 can struggle to stay the sixth furlong if there is a strong early gallop so it might be ok in this race, Papa Stour 5/2 might prefer a longer trip to show its best so may struggle here and one I will look to lay as it looks poor value in my opinion, the 3yo Rabat is my 3rd top rated while Napping comes out 2nd top rated using a time from 2020 over this course and distance, my money will be riding on MOLLY SHAW 3/1 who is top rated on a time recorded here this year and has good trainer/jockey stats.

There's 9 runners in this 5 furlong dash with 4 known front runners in the race, firstly I will look to lay Bomb Proof 4/1 who has made the frame twice recently but its best runs on turf on good and good to firm ground have resulted in relatively slow times the trainer does have decent 15% win ratio and the jockeys stats are 24% win ratio but if the horse isn't good enough nothing can change that fact, stats do have a part to play but are definitely not the be all and end all of race analysis although a good jockey should get the best it can out of the horse, maybe the early pace will come from Zapper Cass 9/1 or Expert Opinion who are my 2nd and 4th top rated so if the former gets to the front it could prove hard to catch and might be worth a small each way wager, Amor De Mi Vada 3/1 sits in 3rd top spot so could run on to make the frame but isn't an each way price, my top rated is GRANDFATHERTOM 20/1 who usually likes to track the leaders before staying on the stronger nearing the finish, its only had the one run this year and that was 19 days ago where I blasted off from the front, not a usual tactic, so that should have blow away and rustiness as before that run it had a run since November 2020, if fully wound up with 4 early paced types in the race this race could be run to suit its racing style.

I've marked down 5 runners from this field of 11 runners that I would look to lay depending upon the prices but I'm doubting if many if any will be a single figure price but at the price I would look to lay I'm Watching You 4/1 as it might prefer a longer trip, Twice As Likely and Billy Dylan are my joint 3rd top rated but in both instances the times were recorded in 2020, Captain Ryan is one of 3 possible pacesetters in this race but there might be something else a bit faster in the early stages although it is my 2nd top rated but I do have JORVIK PRINCE 4/1 rated a few spots higher, I tipped it up last time out but that day the blindfold was removed late and the horse was at least 5 lengths off the pace from the off which isn't any good for a front running type, it did stay on for 3rd in that race but I am hoping again it can lead all the way in this race.

1:00 Yarmouth Racing Tips (11th August)

YARMOUTH 1.00 

TROUSER THE CASH 5/2 has only slow times on turf over this distance and is 0-4 on turf it might be a bit too short for it on good to firm ground but it does have a fast time from on the AW at Chelmsford and usually races in midfield, the trainer is 0-12 in the last 2 weeks which doesn't inspire confidence so maybe worth laying at the price.

BREEZYANDBRIGHT 7/4 won quite nicely last time out but that was in a relatively slow run race and will need to improve to pick up the front runners in this race, it does have good trainer/jockey stats but this horse was the stables only winner in the past fortnight and is poor value in my opinion and might be worth laying as you lose very little if it does win. 

ARZAAK 4/1 one of two possible pacesetters in this race and it has the best time for just 2021 but that is relatively slow compared to overall times from last year and even 2019, its best time from last year makes it my top rated but the trainer is 1-65 at this course and hasn't had a winner in the last 2 weeks. 

TILSWORTH ROSE 10/1 the 2nd of the known front running types in this race, the trainer is 0-15 in the past fortnight and is 1-92 at this course, it hasn't run on good to firm ground so far this year but its best from 2020 would make it competitive.

SWELL SONG 10/1 hasn't shown much time wise so far this year while its best times from 2020 and 2019 would put it in the mix, it has average trainer/jockey stats and he is 2-22 in the last two weeks. 

KELINDA DICE 12/1 hasn't any recent form over this trip on good to firm ground and I am of the opinion it might do better when raced over a longer distance, not sure about the jockey booking, 0-1 while the trainer has a poorish 7% win ratio at this course. 

SWEET NOTHING 14/1 is a 3yo who is making its handicap debut in this race but it would need to improve dramatically on what its shown so far to win this race. 

CONCLUSION: I am not filled with confidence in my selection for this race because of the trainers poor record, see above, but ARZAAK 4/1 is top rated on both this years and last years figures and is one of only 2 front running types in the race so if getting to the front it could be hard to catch.

ADDITIONAL 5/1 this ones trainer has been in good form lately with a 3-8 record and the jockey booking also looks as though it could be a positive, a 19% win ratio, but time wise it needs to improve and I think its better when raced over further but will be staying on at the finish.

DELEGATE THIS LORD 11/4 this one hasn't any course and distance form to its name since 2019 where its best time would make it my top rated but only by 1lb and another that should be staying on at the finish, the jockey booking, 1-13 does put me off a little.

NEWYORKSTATEOFMIND 6/1 the trainer is in decent form with a 3-15 in the last 2 weeks and has a 2-8 record at this course but is 0-2 with their older horses and the jockey is 0-3 again on the stables older horses and time wise is my 4th top rated but there is only 4lbs between 4th and 1st top rated. 

NEFARIOUS 8/1 has poor trainer, 0-5 and jockey, 0-6, with the stables older horses, it hasn't got any recent distance form since 2018 mainly due to it looking like it needs a longer distance to show its true worth so I will look to lay it. 

UNDER CURFEW 15/8 this ones jockey has a decent 19% win ratio with the stables older horses at this course and the trainer is 5-63 in the last 2 weeks plus its best time was recorded this year at Leicester so this course should suit it, it is the only known front runner in the field plus its only 1lb off top spot.

SENECA CHIEF 15/2 the trainers recent form, 3-9, is very good and is my 3rd top rated just 1lb below my 2nd top rated so it could be close nearing the finish, the trainer is 0-2 at this course though and the jockey 0-3 on the stables older horses. 

CONCLUSION: I will look to lay Nefarious 8/1 who might want further than this distance to shine but should be trying to stay on at the finish, I am hoping that UNDER CURFEW 15/8 who is my top rated on just 2021 times can lead from start to finish and hopefully the jockey booking shows the stable expect it to run well here.

Only 6 runners in this race with only Giogiobbo known to like to front run in this race but would need to improve time wise to win this race, Castana Dia is a 3yo and my 3rd top rated and will be trying to stay on strongly at the finish, Spirited Guest comes out 2nd best on my figures and it likes to track the leaders and then stay on surly nearing the finish but my money will be riding on DESERT GULF 7/2 a 3yo who won last time out over this course and distance where the time put it at the top of my figures for this race and a repeat of that time would see it winning a shade cosily.

In this ten runner race I can only find one known front runner in the shape of the top weight Copper Knight who time wise comes out joint fourth top rated so could do enough to make the frame if allowed an easy lead, I will be looking to lay Many A Star if its a single figure price, who only has a slow time over this course and distance on good ground and will be trying to stay on at the finish but I think it will be too late to win this race, Equitation is my 3rd top rated and will also be trying to stay on at the finish, in second top spot is TENAYA CANYON 6/1 but is moved very close to top spot with its five pound apprentices claim and has good trainer/jockey stats, my top rated is BALLINTOY HARBOUR 3/1 and this ones trainer is also in good form recently and as they are both three year olds they could improve further and will be carrying my money.

4:55 Pontefract Racing Tips (4th August)

A 7 runner race with one known front runner in Stay Smart and could go well with an easy lead, apart from Runninwild the rest have bits of form that are closely rated on my figures and I cannot say much about any of them, I will be backing CANFORD BAY 5/1 who can be held up for a late run or track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish but it has poor trainer/jockey stats which worries me so any stakes will be kept on the low side.

This is a class 6 race and its very hard to analyse to much of a conclusion, I'm not sure I could put up any lays with any confidence so I think the way to go in this race is with dutching 3 horses, CAZEVA PRINCESS 13/2 is one of the 2 known front running types in the race and comes out 2nd top rated using just 2021 times over this distance but the jockeys 0-3 record isn't great, KNOCKABOUT QUEEN 7/2 is the one that comes out top rated on just 2021 times but the jockeys 0-12 record for the stable doesn't fill me with confidence, top rated using a 2020 time is LINCOLN RED 5/1 but this one has poor trainer 0-10 record with their older horses and the jockey is 1-28 so my stakes will be kept low.

In this race I will look to lay Dream Together who prefers good to firm going but I doubt that will happen here and even if it does it would still need to improve time wise to win this race, the bottom weight Mr Orange comes out 3rd best on my figures but has been in poor form recently, OBEE JO 8/1 is my top rated using just 2021 times and has good trainer/jockey stats and with the jockeys 5lb claim it moves to top spot, my original top rated was/is *HIGHLY SPRUNG 4/1 who will try to lead all the way and it might get to the front on its own looking at the make-up of this race and with an easy lead it could prove very hard to catch and I will back them both to cover the angles.

I hope not, but if all 5 of the front runners do fade then Clashaniska 5/1 could be the one to prosper but I hope not and I will back two horses one that's top rated on 2021 times, SHESADABBER 6/1, and HAVEONEYERSELF 10/3 who is top rated using a time recorded over this course and distance in 2020 and this one has a decent jockey record on this stables older horses.

This is an 8 runner race and I hope all run so I can go with an each way wager, there is 3 known front running types so it should be a fast run 5 furlong dash, I might lay Libertine Belle as it may need further but its sometimes risky laying a 3yo especially if its backed so the betting will be my guide whether to lay it or not, Spurofthemoment also may need further so maybe another one to lay, as for the winner I will probably dutch four horses, SAAHEQ 10/1, BUY ME BACK 11/4, SPRING BLOOM 11/2, UNION ROSE 28/1, in this race and I will probably have another each way bet on the latter who is my top rated using a time from 2020 at Bath and its time from just 2021 puts it in 3rd top spot so it ought to have a chance of at least making the frame and looks the value call in the race.

Ten runners with only Sir Rodneyredblood 15/2 known as a front running type but that was on the AW tracks, it hasn't made the frame in 5 runs on turf but its best AW time would make it my 2nd top rated but its not for me in this race and maybe one to lay, the other early paced one is Breath Of Spring 9/1 who could also do enough to make the frame but not sure if it can hold on for the win, Excellent George 33/1 would make the frame using its best time from 2019 or 2020 but hasn't reached that level so far this year but might be worth an each way punt if its 20/1 or bigger, Molly Shaw 11/4 and Secret To Success 9/1 could also go well but my money will be riding on GLOBAL HOPE 16/1 (EW) who recorded its best time over this course and distance in 2020 and a repeat would see it getting back to winning ways and i am hoping I can do it as an each way bet and the jockey has a 17% win ratio on the stables older horses.

Only 4 runners but what a race to try and solve, I could lay Castana Dia 7/4 who may need further and looks very poor value at the price in my opinion plus you don't lose much if it does win, Invincible Larne is likely to try and set the pace but time wise it needs to improve a good few spots to hold on for the win, of the other 2 I think dutching all of them might be the way to go, STAY SMART 5/1 could be the one to make sure the early pace is fast and using its best time which came on the AW at Newcastle it would be my top rated but its best time on turf is quite a lot lower but has to have a chance, SPIRITED GUEST 9/4 would be my 3rd and 2nd top rated but there is only 2lbs between the pair of them on my overall ratings but I sure wont be betting too heavily in this race.

A field of 9 here with only Barrington 8/1 having been known to lead before but hasn't been in good form lately and I doubt it could hold on for the win even if in top form, I will look to lay Blazing Hot 6/1 who may struggle to stay the distance with a fast early pace, Dandys Gold is my 4th top rated but just 1lb behind Lucky Beggar in 3rd top spot and the later usually stays on at the business end of a race over this distance, the top weight Mutanaaseq comes out in 2nd top spot using a time from Thirsk this year and is another that stays on at the finish of a race,i will be putting my trust and money on HAIL SEZER 7/2 who recorded a time at Carlisle when finishing 2nd that would see it winning this race a shade cosily.

LORNA COLE 14/1 its best time from 2020 doesn't put it in my top four ratings and usually likes to track the leaders but may get outpaced in this race so one to lay if of value to do so.

DARKSIDE PRINCE 7/2 one of four known pacesetters but that is using a run recorded on the AW at Chelmsford but hasn't made the frame in 3 runs on turf so not sure what to expect as its best AW time would make it top rated on just 2021 times and 3rd on overall figures. 

BREATH OF SPRING 8/1 races as though a longer distance would suit it better and its best time from the AW isn't good enough to make my top four so one I will look to lay. 

ELECTRIC LOVE 2/1 a 3yo that did record its best time in 2021 over this c/d, its usually held up for a late run but needs to improve time wise to win this race and that win might have flattered it. 

BIG TIME MAYBE 4/1 is another possible pacesetter in the race and its a time recorded at Brighton earlier this year that makes it top on just 2021 times and that is always a positive. 

ARZAAK 16/1 a possible leader is my top rated using its best time recorded over this c/d in 2020 but it hasn't won a race since 2018 which puts me off its chances of winning this race. 

KING CRIMSON 10/1 who has led before seems to be slowly getting slower with age as its now a 9yo and hasn't run for over 300 days so may need this run for fitness. 

CHOCCO STAR 20/1 hasn't shown much on turf for quite awhile now and I expect it will be one of the outsiders in the race. 

SWELL SONG 16/1 is my 2nd top rated using a time from 2020 again recorded over this c/d but its form on turf has been quite poor in its recent races 

FAREGAAN 50/1 has only poor form to its name and it expect it to be one of the biggest outsiders in the race.

BREEZYANDBRIGHT 11/2 is a 3yo but a maiden after 7 races though it hasn't run on good or good to firm ground before but I think it will need further to show its best. 

SWISS FLAMINGO 66/1 another 3yo with only poor form to its name and will be another that will be one of the biggest outsiders in the field. 

SUMMARY: Both Arzaak and Swell Song have form from 2020 that would give them every chance but I have negatives, trainer and/or negative jockey stats against both of them, I will be going with the horse that's top rated using only 2021 times and I will be hoping that BIG TIME MAYBE 4/1 can lead all the way.

With 3 or 4 possible pacesetters this should be a true run race, Abate is a versatile type and my 2nd top rated on just 2021 times and 3rd top overall, Boy In The Bar hasn't been in good form lately but comes out 2nd top rated using a time from 2019 but would need to bounce back to form to go well here, the top weight THEOTHERSIDE 20/1 is dropped in class to run in this class 5 race, it hasn't been in the best of form this year but it has been known to bounce back to form without warning and I am hoping its worth an each way punt in this race.

Only 8 runners but an intriguing race both Invincible Larne and Global Prospector have been known to lead but both would need to improve time wise to win this race but the latter has a time on the AW surface at Chelmsford that would make it my 2nd top rated, both Seneca Chief and Autumn Flight could go well here and either could make the frame being my 2nd and 3rd top rated on just 2021 times, the bottom weight CASE KEY 33/1 hasn't shown much lately but is another horse that can bounce back to form without prior warning so I am hoping all 8 take part so there is 3 places up for grabs as with only 2 places each way bets are not of as much value.

For a class 5 race this looks very competitive, I cannot see anything of value to lay but the betting might highlight something, the 3yo Tantastic 11/2 is my top rated if I use a time from Wolverhampton while its best c/d time is 9lbs lower but could still run well enough to make the frame, Canford Bay 22/1 is versatile with its racing tactics but might be drawn away from the early pace in this race which might not help its cause but at the price might be worth an each way punt, I think ASTROZONE 8/1 in stall 12 might be the one to set the pace and could lead all the way.

I can see 5 front running types amongst the 14 runners in this race and i think it might be won from the front, one possible front runner is Sunday Sovereign 6/1 who finished 2nd last time out but that was on soft ground and I am not sure it will take to this surface as it is its 1st run on an AW surface so I will look to lay it especially if its as short as the tissue prices forecast, Desert Safari and Caspian Prince could go well in this race and the former does have good trainer/jockey stats and the latter is my 2nd top rated on 2021 times, Ornate and Kind Review are possible pacesetters who could go well but i am hoping COPPER KNIGHT 15/2 can get to the front at some point of the race and then prove hard to catch and it might be a worthwhile each way wager.

A six runner race where I think half the field have got some chance of winning this race, I would lay Silent Queen as I'm not sure it will stay the sixth furlong but being a 3yo it could improve so best left alone, Ishvara is another that might prefer a shorter trip and one I will look to lay, the 3yo NIGHT NARCISSUS 4/1 will I think set the pace to the race and comes out top rated on just 2021 times but only 3rd best on overall figures, LOVELY BREEZE 9/4 another 3yo is my 2nd top rated on overall figures and has decent trainer/jockey stats, the older horse BIMBLE 4/1 is my top rated on its best time from 2020 but the jockeys 0-4 record for the stable is a little off-putting so i will look to dutch all 3 of them.

I will start of with a couple I will l ook to lay (Inevitable Outcome + Superiority) a couple of 3yo’s who would need to improve to win this race but the former may prefer some cut in the going and the latter as this trip might be too far, my 3rd top rated is Queen Of Burgundy who likes to track the leaders, my 2nd top rated, LETHAL ANGEL 12/1 can be held up or track the leaders it has good trainer/jockey stats which point to it running a big race here, my top rated is *CAMACHESS 9/2 who likes to track the leaders before staying on resolutely the only problem with this race is I don't know who will set the pace so stakes will be kept on the low side.

In this sprint I can find 4 horses to lay but I think all 4 will be big prices and represent very little value if any value at all, Musharrif could go well here if able to reproduce its best 2018 time and its best since then has been at least 10lbs below standard, there's a few that could go well Line Of Reason, Mythmaker, Athollblair Boy and Nibras Again, I will go with backing 2 horses in this race to cover the angles firstly DAPPER MAN 12/1 who could try to lead all the way here and is joint 2nd top on just 2020 times but top rated if using its Hamilton time from 2019, secondly my top rated on just 2020 times is INDIAN SOUNDS 11/2 who likes to track the leaders and then stay on strongly at the finish.

COLONEL FRANK 7/2 has only slow times at this distance mainly due to the fact that this trip is too short for it to show its true form so not for me in this race. 

SPIRITED GUEST 5/2 this one will be trying to stay on strongly at the finish but I think it might be too little too late and may not catch the pacesetters. 

OUTRAGE 7/1 is one of the two possible pacesetters in this race, time wise it comes out joint third best but it may be setting the race up for a finishing type.

GRANDFATHERTOM 11/2 usually likes to track the leaders and then stay on strongly at the finish, it comes out top rated on just 2020 times but 2nd top overall so should go well. 

HAVEONEYERSELF 5/1 the other possible pacesetter and also the other joint 3rd top rated so again I doubt it can lead all the way.

CASE KEY 10/1 has relatively slow times and again mainly due to the fact that this distance seems too short for it to show its best form.

SHAMSHON 14/1 at first glance I looks out of form but it hasn't had its ideal conditions and today could be its day, the jockey has a good 17% win rate for this stable and its my top rated at the weights. 

SUMMARY: So the two likely pacesetters are my joint third top rated so it should set the race up for a finisher, both Grandfathertom and SHAMSHON 14/1 fit the bill but I will go with my top rated and the jockey booking looks significant and now with ideal conditions it ought to get back to winning ways, its a shame there's only 7 runners else I would go each way at such a big price.

A pity there's only 7 runners for this class 2 dash, I would look to lay (*Aplomb) if the going is good to firm, I could easily have added Tanasoq as it races as though it's better over a longer trip but it could run on into a place if capable of reproducing its best 2018 time, I think that Princes Des Sables looks the most likely pacesetter and as it's my 2nd top-rated it could do enough to make the frame but I will be backing MOUNTAIN PEAK 3/1 hoping it can pick up the leader inside the final furlong and it has good trainer 26% and jockey 25% stats making me think they are expecting the win here.

This is a race which I should leave well alone as there's a couple fo 3yo’s and other lightly raced sorts but I found 2 with ratings on my figures a few spots better than the rest that had got recorded times and one that could lead is my 3rd top-rated so Kraka could be dangerous with an easy lead and could make the frame, Delegate The Lady is my joint top rated but on the SL tissue prices, they make it the favourite so it won't be any value to take a risk on but RINTY MAGINTY 11/1 (EW) is forecast to be a double-figure price and if so might be worth risking with a small each-way punt.

For a class 5 race, this looks a very nice affair, there's 3 known front-running types so it should be true run but I think they will set the race up for something coming from off the pace, of the early types Belated Breath may do best of them and could hold on for a place, (A Sure Welcome) is capable of doing a fast time but usually in a lower class race and maybe worth laying if a single figure price, both Total Commitment and Magical Ride are capable of running big races but I will be siding with ARCANADA 4/1 who likes to sit just behind the pace and then finish strongly at the business end and it good trainer/jockey stats which is always a positive.

Only 6 runners but a very competitive affair, if Laith Alareen gets to the front it could prove hard to catch for most of the runners if reproducing its best rating from Newmarket in 2019 but the bottom weight EXCELLENT GEORGE 9/1 has a time from Windsor in 2019 that makes it my top-rated and likes a fast pace to aim at so this race could be run to suit it and will be carrying my money.

Another 6 runner race with Just Glamorous known as a frontrunner so could have an easy lead but will do very well to pinch this race from the front, on the tissue prices they make the 3yo (Wonderwork) the 11/8 favourite but I'm not convinced it will like the going if it's good to firm so I would lay it at such a short price, I expect Daschas to run a decent race and it will be trying to stay on at the distance but maybe too late so I will be backing SPOOF 7/1 and this bottom weight is my top rated and the trainer does ok at this course.

3:30 Redcar Racing Tips (17th September)

REDCAR 3.30 (7.7) 

This race doesn't look one to get too heavily involved in betting wise, 4 of the 9 runners have led before and my top 2 ratings are possible pacesetters, Mutabaahy is well weighted on its best times but its on a losing run of 20 and the trainers 1-40 record at this course makes me think this race isn't its target to get back to winning ways, Kolossus, Magical Effect and Golden Parade could run ok but my 2nd top-rated is Gullane One and this front runner likes fast g/f ground to show its best as does MR WAGYU 9/1 and this ones trainer has a 15% ratio here with the stables older horses and the jockeys win ratio is 16% so I'm hoping that's a pointer to them expecting a big run in this race and its big enough price to back each way. 

YARMOUTH 4.40 (7.4) 

Only 7 runners and 4 of them are 3-year-olds, Victory Rose is my 3rd top-rated while in 2nd top position I've got Global Hope who likes to track the leaders but my top rated horse is the only known frontrunner in the race so I'm hoping that ALLISEEISNIBRAS 16/1 can lead from start to finish and get back to winning ways and the trainer has a 3-9 record with his 3-year-olds at this course and I cannot work out why its such a big price. 

YARMOUTH 5.10 (7.4) 

Down to 6 runners for this race but there is a couple of known frontrunners in the race and my selection does like a decent pace to aim at, Case Key could lead or contest the lead but I'm not sure it can lead all the way here, Excellent Goerge usually runs on at the finish and is my 3rd top-rated, the topweight Merry Banter is the other possible pacesetter and being my 2nd top-rated it could prove hard to catch for most of these but I do have MOONRAKER 16/1 as my top rated and this one is a hold up type and should be staying on the stronger at the finish its a shame there's not enough runners to go each way.

4:40 Newcastle Racing Tips (24th October)

With 4 possible pace setters this could be a fast run race but my top 3 ain't known as front-runners, Duke Cosimo 3rd top and will be staying on as it looks as though he prefers a longer trip so this race could be run to suit, Fredricka 2nd top rated and can be held up or track the pace but top rated is INDIAN PURSUIT 5/1 who will be staying on strongly at this trip, the trainer has a 14% win rate here and the jockey a 21% win ratio on this stables older horses.

Another race where the 5 possible pacesetters could set the race up for a finishing type, Hilary J is my 3rd top rated and the best of those trying to lead also the 3year old Liberatum could be dangerous if getting an easy lead, POPPY IN THE WIND 14/1 is my 2nd top rated and the trainer-jockey stats are reasonable, my top rated is CANFORD BAY 7/2 but the jockey has a relatively poor 1-28 record for the stable which is a little off-putting and the price definitely isn't value so I will go with backing them both to small stakes but probably favouring the place part of Poppy In The Wind.

This race is quite hard to analyse too much of a conclusion, there are 4 possible pacesetters and maybe INLAWED 9/2 may do best with them, its a 3 year old drawn in stall 3 so could get control of the rails and prove hard to catch so has to be a contender especially when the jockey has a 28% win ratio for the stable, BIG LACHIE 14/1 is 2nd top and will be staying on strongly at the finish as it looks as though further would suit it better, top spot goes to Treacherous* another 3 year old and this one likes to track the leaders and then stay on strongly, obviously the top-rated should have the best chance of winning but in the make-up of this race I want to cover all angles and back the 3 of them to show a profit whichever way turns out best.
PS* Treacherous is now a non-runner so I will go with backing the other 2

I doubt the going will be good or better but just in case it is then here goes, there are no known pacesetters in the race which doesn't help, I make the race between COMMANCHE 14/1 and STRICTLY CARTER 7/1 who both usually race by tracking the leaders, JUSTICE ROCK 14/1 is my other selection and this one is usually held up for a late run but the race may not be run to suit its style if it's a slow early pace so I will look to back all 3 to show a profit whichever one does the business.
