8:00 Wolverhampton Racing Tips (4th October)

WOLVERHAMPTON 8.00

I've only got 6 of the 11 runners in this race with a time good enough to register on my figures but there is one known front running type and another that can lead if needs be but they only come out 4th, Dapper Man, and 6th, Prince Of Rome, best on my figures so it looks most likely something coming from off the pace should be able to win this race, the 3yo Micks Spirit sits between them in 5th top spot, I will be laying Denzils Laughing 5/1 who may need further to shine and is forecast to be a nine to two shot, the top weight Smokey is my 3rd best rated but its been 90 runners and 183 days since the stable last had a winner which you have to admit is off putting my top rated horse is JUMIRA BRIDGE 40/1 (EW) who did its best time in January this year and its recent form has been quite poor but it has sprung back to form before without warning and at such a big double figure price it might be worth a small each way punt but I will also be backing STREET LIFE 2/1 who has won its last 3 races and has been found a good chance to get win number four under its belt but I do expect it to be the favourite but I will be backing them both because I would kick myself if Jumira Bridge made the frame at that price and i would go berserk if it won without a penny on it.

Street Life 5/2 2nd -1pt
Jumira Bridge 66/1 Unp -2pts

Lay bet: Denzil's Laughing +1pt

Total -2pt

WOLVERHAMPTON 8.30

There's plenty of early dash in this field of 11 and I expect this race to be won from the front, I will be laying Nacho who has had 6 runs over this course and distance but hasn't produced a figure good enough to register on my graphs, I could also lay Nacho 9/2 and Shesadabber 8/1, the former has decent form recently on turf but its had 6 previous runs over this course and distance without recording a speed figure although it does have decent trainer/jockey stats so I will have a small lay bet on this one while I'm pretty sure the latter doesn't find this surface ideal for it, Niagara and Jorvik Prince could run well here but I think a place is the best they can hope for if my top 2 ratings repeat their best times, Billy Dylan is my 2nd top rated but the jockey is 0-3 for the stable and the trainer is 0-33 at this course so I will be relying on my top rated I'M WATCHING YOU 11/4 leading from stall 3 and if getting to the front it ought to prove hard to catch again its not much of a price but they might make a reasonable double.

I'm Watching You 11/4 4th -1pt

Lay Nacho -8.5pts, Shesadabber +1pt

Total -8.5pts

Total on the day -10.5pts
