6:03 Bath Racing Tips (9th June)

What a joke today for my sprints there's 3 of them all class 4 affairs, a 3 runner race and the other 2 have just 6 runners in each, I can understand if its a class 5 or 6 race then there's usually a good turnout but then moan about the prize money obviously the higher class horse deserves to be running for more money, so all in all it just shows how many poor horses are bred each year, anyways onto the races.

BATH 6.03

Just 3 runners and none are known as front runners so what will happen I don't know, Amazonian Dream needs to improve to win this race but if its a slow early pace and then a dash for the line anything can happen, I expect GLAMOROUS BREEZE 5/4 will be the favourite and justifiably so and it will be the one that carries my money.

HAYDOCK 7.20

What makes this race harder is that there is four 3yo’s in the race and they can improve without warning so my stakes are already lowered, if Silent Flame is the fairly short priced favourite, 5/2 on the early tissue prices, then I would look to lay it admittedly it does have good recent form but it will need to improve time wise to win this race if others run up to their previous best. The 2 that come out top on my figures are the 2 known front running types in the race in Cuban Breeze who comes out in 2nd top spot using a rating it recorded at Windsor last year and that is the same course where the 3yo SONG OF SUCCESS 9/1 recorded its best rating both showed a return to form might be at hand in their last performances my money as usual will be on my top rated horse and being a 3yo it could improve further and at the price looks the value call in this race.

Song Of Success 9/1 5th -1pt

Lay bet: Silent Flame +1pt

GOODWOOD 7.35

This race is very very tricky to analyse and I ended up with 2 horses that have recorded speed ratings and the other 4 I have noted down as potential dangers and cannot be laid as they could improve and 2 of the 4 are 3yo’s. So with nothing to lay I don't know where to turn Kensington Agent actually comes out in top spot but that is using a rating it recorded on an artificial surface at Wolverhampton and hasn't recorded a rating on turf, the top weighted SCOT'S GRACE 9/1 has a decent rating for this class of race using a time it recorded at Chester last year so this course should also suit it and if pushed will be the one carrying my money as it looks the value call in the race but again its not a race to be betting too heavily in.

Scot's Grace 18/1 6th -1pt

Total -1pt

Total on the day -2pts
