4:50 Lingfield Racing Tips (25th August)

LINGFIELD 4.50

A 12 runner race where 10 of them are either 3yo’s or 4yo’s and on the clock most of them have produced very little but they could still improve with age but I will be backing TARSEEKH 13/2 (EW) but only if its an each way price, I know the selection likes to front run and if getting to the front it could prove hard to catch and has finished in the first four in its last three runs and hoping it can make the frame again here, hence why I want it to be an each way price as a bit of insurance but I am fairly sure it could lead all the way but I admit my stakes will no be at full strength.

Tarseekh 9/1 3rd +0.8pts

WOLVERHAMPTON 6.05 Div I

Not a great race but these stakes races are for poorly rated horses but I have found 3 horses that have times that are a little bit above what you normally find in this lowly grade, I will look to lay Manumission 5/2 who might struggle to stay the distance with a fast for the class early pace, Hot Hot Hot 9/1 is another one I will look to lay again because it might not stay the trip if Anonymous John who is my joint 2nd top rated and is the one I expect to set the pace despite it being in stall 11 and if getting to the front could prove hard to catch, Mansfield hasn't shown much lately but its best time from 2019 makes it my other joint 2nd top rated horse but I will be putting my faith and money on MIRACLE GARDEN 10/1 who is the only one with a speed figure from this year and its best from 2019 would see it winning a shade cosily.

Miracle Garden 10/1 4th -1pt

Lay bets Manumission +1pt, Hot Hot Hot +1pt

WOLVERHAMPTON 6.35 Div II

This is much worse than the first division with four 3yo’s and 2 lightly raced 4yo’s who could have improvement in them it leaves me with a limited amount of data to work with so it is a lot more risky that usual to have a bet but I have found a couple I could lay and a small win bet, the 2 lays are Krazy Paving 7/1 as this isn't its favoured surface and its last race that produced a time on this surface was back in 2019 the other lay is Essaka 9/1 who hasn't shown much form time wise so if they are single figure prices I will lay the two of them, I will take a punt on VINCENZO COCCOTTI 3/1 who is a hold up type so I'm hoping there is a decent early pace which could play into the hands of my selection but it will only be a small bet.

Vincenzo Coccotti 8/1 8th -1pt

Lay bets Krazy Paving +1pt, Essaka +1pt

Total on the day +2.8pts
