4:50 Lingfield Racing Tips (25th August)

LINGFIELD 4.50

A 12 runner race where 10 of them are either 3yo’s or 4yo’s and on the clock most of them have produced very little but they could still improve with age but I will be backing TARSEEKH 13/2 (EW) but only if its an each way price, I know the selection likes to front run and if getting to the front it could prove hard to catch and has finished in the first four in its last three runs and hoping it can make the frame again here, hence why I want it to be an each way price as a bit of insurance but I am fairly sure it could lead all the way but I admit my stakes will no be at full strength.

WOLVERHAMPTON 6.05 Div I

Not a great race but these stakes races are for poorly rated horses but I have found 3 horses that have times that are a little bit above what you normally find in this lowly grade, I will look to lay Manumission 5/2 who might struggle to stay the distance with a fast for the class early pace, Hot Hot Hot 9/1 is another one I will look to lay again because it might not stay the trip if Anonymous John who is my joint 2nd top rated and is the one I expect to set the pace despite it being in stall 11 and if getting to the front could prove hard to catch, Mansfield hasn't shown much lately but its best time from 2019 makes it my other joint 2nd top rated horse but I will be putting my faith and money on MIRACLE GARDEN 10/1 who is the only one with a speed figure from this year and its best from 2019 would see it winning a shade cosily.

WOLVERHAMPTON 6.35 Div II

This is much worse than the first division with four 3yo’s and 2 lightly raced 4yo’s who could have improvement in them it leaves me with a limited amount of data to work with so it is a lot more risky that usual to have a bet but I have found a couple I could lay and a small win bet, the 2 lays are Krazy Paving 7/1 as this isn't its favoured surface and its last race that produced a time on this surface was back in 2019 the other lay is Essaka 9/1 who hasn't shown much form time wise so if they are single figure prices I will lay the two of them, I will take a punt on VINCENZO COCCOTTI 3/1 who is a hold up type so I'm hoping there is a decent early pace which could play into the hands of my selection but it will only be a small bet.

1:45 Epsom Racing Tips (20th April)

EPSOM 1.45

Only 6 runners over the fastest course in the country, Green Power hasn't shown much worthwhile form in its latest runs, Spoof may not want good to firm going the same applies to Recon Mission and this one might also prefer a longer trip, Militia has been known to lead before but its another that doesn't want really fast ground which again also applies to Duke Of Firenze so I am hoping that DARK SHOT 5/1 can lead from the off and then prove hard to catch and a repeat of its best time from Leicester last year would be good enough to win this race.

Dark Shot 5/1 2nd -1pt

WOLVERHAMPTON 5.20 Div I

This looks by far the better of the 2 divisions of this class 6 race, I would look to lay (Creek Harbour 10/1) if it becomes a single figure price, AT YOUR SERVICE 12/1 comes out top rated on just 2021 times and 3rd top on overall figures and it usually stays on strongly at the business end of its races, in stall 2 is DODGY BOB 16/1 who likes to set the pace and has a time from 2019 that would make it my 2nd top rated and they have employed an apprentice jockey to help their cause, sticking with times from 2019 ENGLISHMAN 33/1 comes out in top spot on overall figures and the jockey has a 17% win ratio for the stable on its older horses, so I will have to dutch all 3 of them with each way bets.

WOLVERHAMPTON 5.50 Div II

Not the best of races even for the class, firstly I will look to lay (Dubai Elegance 11/2) as long as it is a single figure price as this trip might be too far for it and there is at least one known front runner in the race, only the top weight KATELLI 10/3 has recorded a rating on my figures for this year so has to be considered as a possible winner and the apprentice jockeys record is 1-3 for the stable so they could be expecting a big run, MIRACLE GARDEN 9/2 has a fast c/d time but it was recorded back in 2019, the apprentice riding this one is 1-2 for the stable, in top spot is AGUEROOO 4/1 but again the time comes from 2019 and the jockey has a 17% win ratio on the stables older horses, so it looks like all 3 sets of connections are expecting a big run so I will dutch the 3 of them.

3:50 Lingfield Racing Tips (12th March)

LINGFIELD 3.50

Only 7 runners in this race luckily there is a couple for known front running types in the race which always helps with analysis, Harbour Storm is a possible pacesetter but I am not sure this surface suits it, Martineo should be staying on at the finish and comes out 4th best just 1lb below Sir Hector in 3rd top spot, another that usually stays on at the finish after being held up in the early stages of the race but I think the top weight horse SWISS PRIDE 6/4 will be the one to set the pace and as it comes out top rated on my figures which was recorded this year it should prove hard to catch and ought to be able to lead all the way in this race.

WOLVERHAMPTON 4.10 Div I

I am not really a fan of these low class stakes races but sometimes there is a gem in the field, there is couple of horses in this division who have pieces of form that are above the rest BUT there is quite a few lightly raced sorts in the race who could be capable of improving and on recent speed figures alone there isn't much to work with so any stakes will be kept low, Terri Rules 11/4 is a horse that likes to lead and if it could reproduce its best time from 2018 it could lead all the way and did run ok with a decent time over this distance at Kempton but is 0-5 over this c/d so maybe the value call is to side with MIRACLE GARDEN 10/3 who is top rated on recent c/d times, I will admit I thought it might be around the 6/1 price which was forecast on the tissue prices, in fact it recorded that time this year and has a time from 2019 that makes it top rated on overall figures and that's enough for me to side with it.

WOLVERHAMPTON 4.40 Div II

This actually looks the weaker division of the 2 with very little to work on so I just analysed the first few in the betting, Twice As Likely 4/1 may need further and it was a slow time when it finished 3rd last time it ran, Shymay 8/1 is 0-13 in all of its runs but has been placed 4 times, Al Verde and Cherish have poor recent form, Ancient Astronaut 5/1 finished 2nd last time out but may have been flattered as it was a slow run affair, Andre Amor 10/3 looks likely to be the favourite and did run well last time out when finishing 2nd but that was over 5 furlongs and I am not 100% sure it stays 6 furlongs in a true run race, looking at the tissue prices, (only a rough guide) the value call could be FANTASY JUSTIFIER 10/1 (EW) it has the fastest recent c/d time which was recorded in 2020 and has a faster times in both 2019 and 2018 and is forecast to be a double figure price and could be worth an each way punt.

1:40 Lingfield Racing Tips & Lay Bets (24th January)

LINGFIELD 1.40

This 1st division isn't a bad race for a class 6 affair with 10 runners and 3 known front-running types while half the field appear to have very little hope of winning this race, so I will lay (> Falcao, Strachant, Burauq, Tawaafoq and *Cool Strutter <) Dreamboat Annie has a time from Chelmsford that would make it competitive but the jockey booking doesn't look a positive move, Englishman also has a Chelmsford time that would put it in the mix and this one could be the biggest danger to my selection, Tarseekh and Disruptor are 3rd and 2nd top-rated on just 2019/20 c/d times, *CHOCCO STAR 7/4 who won last time out over this c/d and has been found an ideal opportunity to follow up here and will be the one I will be backing.

*NR
Lay bets: Falcao (+1pt) Strachant (+1pt) Burauq (+1pt)

Total +3pts

LINGFIELD 2.15

This 2nd division is a lot poorer and there's only 4 horses with recorded times on my figures, leaving 6 I will look to lay for varying reasons, (> Sir Hector, Brogans Bay, Jonnysimpson, *Yfenni, Invisible Storm and Stopdworldanletmeof <) Bernies Boy is 4th top-rated but a losing run of 24 shows what form its been in winning wise but could make the frame, Illustrious Spirit is still a maiden after 12 runs but could make the frame but isn't ideally drawn with early types on both sides of it in the stalls, Mercers starts off as my top rated but the I'm not convinced the jockey booking is a positive move but never say never, the horse I will be backing is DEEDS NOT WORDS 13/8 who has won its last 2 races and has been found a race to complete the hattrick but I think having covering bets on Mercers and Illustrious Spirit might be best.

WOLVERHAMPTON 5.15

The 3rd sprint of the day and again a class 6 affair but not a bad race with plenty of times to work with, I've got (Dazacam,Swissal, and Black Isle Boy) marked down as definite lays but I could well add, (At Your Service, Guardia Svizzera, Rego Park Lady) to the list, Griggy my 4th top rated may find this trip too far if the early pace is as fast as quite well could be in this race, MAN OF THE SEA 6/1 ran on very well over 5 furlongs in a fast time when finishing 3rd last time out so this 6th furlong may suit it better, MIRACLE GARDEN 16/1 is well weighted on its best times and can spring back to form without warning, *KLOPP 10/3 has been in good form lately with 3 places and a win from its last 4 runs and I expect it to go well again here, AQUARIUS 15/2 is my 2nd top rated and the one I expect to set the pace and if getting things right from the front could prove hard to catch for most of these, I will be backing all 4 horses highlighted in this race to hopefully show a profit.

1:00 Wolverhampton Racing Tips (3rd January)

WOLVERHAMPTON 1.00

Div 1 Two divisions of a quite poor race so I will stick with the basics of what's important in looking for the winner and I think it will come from these four horses, Sagittarian Wind, Dodgy Bob, Griggy or Miracle Garden, the latter is my top rated but the jockey has a poor 1-16 record for the stable, Sagittarian Wind also has a poor jockey stat of 0-7 on the stables older horses but is my joint 2nd top-rated, Dodgy Bob has poor trainer/jockey stats with a win ratio of just 5% for both but this one could set the pace and it won last time out so is in good form as is Griggy who also won last time out, I will have my main bets on DODGY BOB 10/1 and MIRACLE GARDEN 10/1 with smaller covering bets on the other two mentioned.

Dodgy Bob 14/1 5th
Miracle Garden 10/1 7th

WOLVERHAMPTON 1.30

Div 2 This division is no easier and I think anyone of 5 can win the race, Bernies Boy 8/1 would be my 2nd top-rated if able to reproduce its best time which was recorded in 2018, One One Seven 4/1 won last time out and is top-rated on just 2019 c/d times, Our Man In Havana 13/2 is only 5th top on my figures but looks the only known frontrunning type in the race so could go well if allowed an easy lead, Isabella Rubystarts off as my 4th best but its 7lb claiming apprentice moves it to top spot on 2019 c/d times and will be trying to stay on strongly at the finish, Red Allure 10/1 comes out in top spot but that time was recorded at Newcastle and this is its 1st attempt at this course, I will have bets on all 5 horses mentioned but maybe tilting in the favour of ISABELLA RUBY 7/1 who I thought would be a bit shorter in the betting.

Isabella Ruby 10/1 4th

SOUTHWELL 6.15

Only 7 runners and I cannot discard any of them completely, my top 3 ratings are the top 3 In the handicap Zylan is on a losing run of 12 races but is 3rd top-rated, in 2nd top spot is Young John who is one of 3 in the race that has been known to lead before but my money will be riding on KATHEEFA 7/2 who won last time out and has been found a good chance here to follow up and to be honest, I was expecting it to be a bit shorter in price so I think it might be shorter before the off.

Katheefa 7/1 1st
