1:45 Epsom Racing Tips (20th April)

Only 6 runners over the fastest course in the country, Green Power hasn't shown much worthwhile form in its latest runs, Spoof may not want good to firm going the same applies to Recon Mission and this one might also prefer a longer trip, Militia has been known to lead before but its another that doesn't want really fast ground which again also applies to Duke Of Firenze so I am hoping that DARK SHOT 5/1 can lead from the off and then prove hard to catch and a repeat of its best time from Leicester last year would be good enough to win this race.

WOLVERHAMPTON 5.20 Div I

This looks by far the better of the 2 divisions of this class 6 race, I would look to lay (Creek Harbour 10/1) if it becomes a single figure price, AT YOUR SERVICE 12/1 comes out top rated on just 2021 times and 3rd top on overall figures and it usually stays on strongly at the business end of its races, in stall 2 is DODGY BOB 16/1 who likes to set the pace and has a time from 2019 that would make it my 2nd top rated and they have employed an apprentice jockey to help their cause, sticking with times from 2019 ENGLISHMAN 33/1 comes out in top spot on overall figures and the jockey has a 17% win ratio for the stable on its older horses, so I will have to dutch all 3 of them with each way bets.

WOLVERHAMPTON 5.50 Div II 

Not the best of races even for the class, firstly I will look to lay (Dubai Elegance 11/2) as long as it is a single figure price as this trip might be too far for it and there is at least one known front runner in the race, only the top weight KATELLI 10/3 has recorded a rating on my figures for this year so has to be considered as a possible winner and the apprentice jockeys record is 1-3 for the stable so they could be expecting a big run, MIRACLE GARDEN 9/2 has a fast c/d time but it was recorded back in 2019, the apprentice riding this one is 1-2 for the stable, in top spot is AGUEROOO 4/1 but again the time comes from 2019 and the jockey has a 17% win ratio on the stables older horses, so it looks like all 3 sets of connections are expecting a big run so I will dutch the 3 of them.

7:00 Wolverhampton Racing Tips (27th March)

WOLVERHAMPTON 7.00 

Just the 8 runners with 5 of them being known to lead before and I have a feeling they might push each other too hard and something will come off the pace to pick them up nearing the finish, normally I would lay Lady Quickstep as this distance can be too short but as long as it doesn't get tailed off in the early stages it could run on to be thereabouts at the business end of the race with a mad early pace, Boudica Bay, Something Lucky and Qaaraat could run well but I'm hoping YOU'RE COOL 5/1 can track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish and if the leaders do fade pick them all up in the closing stages.

There is a couple I will look to lay, (Shoot to Kill 5/1 + Jumira Bridge 11/2) as usual as long as they are single figure prices, the early pace looks likely to be set by Freedom Flyer and this being only its 4th race it could still improve and could be a danger if allowed an easy lead, Street Parade, Inaam, Diamond Dougal and El Hombre have shown pieces of form which would make them competitive but i will be going with KAPONO 9/1 (EW) who at first glance doesn't appear to be in good form but a lot of its runs have been over 7 furlongs and i think this drop back down in distance could see it bounce back to form so looks the value call in this race and i am hoping its going to be an each way price so I can back it each way.

The early pace might be set by Requited but this isn't its ideal surface so doubt it can win from the front, I can find a negative about 7 of the 12 runners and I could look to lay, (Soyounique 5/1 + The Golden Cue 8/1 + Kingsley Klarion 6/1) if they are single figure prices, Ancient Astronaute and Moveonup have good speed figures but they are either from a different surface or from a long time ago, so the bet has to be KATELLI who I expect will be to the fore in the betting and anything from 3/1 or above would look decent value.

WOLVERHAMPTON 8.30 Div II

I can only see Major Valentine as a possible pacesetter but this isn't this ones favourite surface so I doubt it can lead all the way, I will look to lay (Manumission 7/2 + Corndavon Lad 15/2) Miracle Garden won last time out in a slowly run race and maybe this race might go too fast for it in the early stages and strictly on form Jungle Boogaloo who it beat in that race is weighted to reverse the form but sometimes after a win a horse seems to have a bit more confidence, Corndavon Lad my need further to shine, Griggy, Wiff Waff and Manumission all seem better over shorter distances, I will be putting my money on the top weight CHOOSEY 12/1 who seems the value call in the race and can be held up for a late run and from stall 1 it could get a good tow into the race by the likely pacesetter coming out of stall 2 and this one is my top rated on recent, 2020/21, c/d times but the apprentice jockeys 0-8 record for this stable isn't ideal but hopefully an each way bet could give some profit.

4:35 Lingfield Racing Tips (26th February)

LINGFIELD 4.35 

Only 5 runners and not a lot to say about the race, Capla Spirit looks the one most likely to set the pace to this race but it will need to improve time wise from what its shown so far to win this race but could be dangerous if allowed an easy lead, Pop Dancer will be held up at the rear or in the middle of the pack for a late run, Tin Hat races as though further will suit it better and may get outpaced in this race, the same applies to Outrage who will be trying to stay on at the finish but maybe too late to win, I am putting my money on SAAHEQ 5/4 who likes to track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish and a reproduction of the time its already achieved this year would see it winning with a bit left up its sleeve.

WOLVERHAMPTON 4.40 

This is a poor class 6 handicap, there's 13 runners but no known front running types or much to say about each horse, looking at the tissue prices in The Sportinglife there is only 4 or 5 that are not double figure prices, Bold Decision is 5th top using a Southwell time, Blue Cable won its last race which was over this c/d and is forecast to be the favourite its best c/d time would put it in 3rd top spot on recent times but drops to 5th top spot on overall speed figures, its a bad race when Fard has a squeak but it is a time from Newcastle that would put it in the mix while its best c/d time is 11lbs below that level, Secret Potion 16/1 is another that could go well in this race using a time from Kempton but this one wouldn't want the early pace to be too strong so this race might be run to suit it and it could well make the frame but I will be putting my faith into the top weight KATELLI 4/1 who is my top rated and achieved that rating over this c/d this year and the jockey Jack Garrity has an 18% win ratio on the stables older horses so lets hope he can add to his winnings in this race.

3:20 Wolverhampton Racing Tips (17th February)

WOLVERHAMPTON 3.20 

A very competitive class 4 race but the lack of known front runners its going to be hard to analyse, a couple of them, Strong Power and Street Parade, can struggle to stay the trip if there's a fast early pace so they could go well here, Invincible Larne hasn't run on this surface before but its best time from Chelmsford would make it my top rated and would be dangerous if taking to the surface, Steelriver comes 2nd top rated on c/d times and the jockey has a 15% win ratio on the stables older horses so I expect it will go well but I think ALBUM 2/1 may be up to completing its hat trick but its a race where my stakes will be kept low and I do hate backing favourites especially in such a competitive affair.

WOLVERHAMPTON 4.20 Div I

This is the 1st division of a class 6 handicap, I will not be bothering with the 2nd division or the other 2 sprints at Wolverhampton mainly due to their not being much data to work with. If betting in this race, we recommend visiting Online Bookies to get some bookmakers reviews and offers before making a wager. Major Valentine and Mercury look likely to set the early pace the former may not really like this surface and the latter hasn't shown much time wise since 2019 but its best time from that year would see it make the frame, Mansfield is another with a good rating but again back in 2019 and has only slow recent times, DYLAN'S LAD 6/4 is my 2nd top rated but only 1lb off top spot behind KATELLI 9/2 they will both be trying to stay on strongly at the finish and being so closely rated it could come down to which one gets the clearest run when needed.

KEMPTON 5.15 

A nice class 2 race and I hope all 8 take part, (Ghaith) has 2 slow times over this c/d and looks as though further will suit it better and i would look to lay it in this race if a single figure price but I'm not hopeful, Nigel Nott maybe outclassed here and I guess the price will reflect that, Streamline comes out 3rd best overall using a Lingfield time and the last it had a time that registered on my figures over this c/d was recorded back in 2019, the early pace may be set by May Sonic who will need to improve time wise to win this race and PREMIER POWER 9/4 who is my 2nd top rated, that time was recorded in 2020 and has run well after a break before and if leading could be hard to catch it also has good trainer/jockey stats but just in case it needs the run for fitness I will also be backing BRIAN THE SNAIL 4/1 who has been in good form lately, winning its last race and also has a positive jockey booking.
