4:17 Hamilton Racing Tips (4th July)

HAMILTON 4.17 

6F Class 4 10-Runners Both Prospect and Parisiac (lay if fav) have been known to lead before and maybe the former can show best of them as its my 3rd top rated but a good few spots lower than my top 2 ratings but I doubt either can win the race but the latter might do enough to make the frame if it gets an easy lead because the top weight won in a slow time over this distance and I am of the opinion that it might get outpaced here on good to firm ground and might be worth laying if its the favourite as forecast in the early tissue prices, if Ramon Di Loria or Slainte Mhath are single figure prices I will look to lay them also. Water Of Leith is my 2nd top rated and can find the distance too short so should be staying on at the finish but my money will be riding on IRIS DANCER 7/2 who likes to track the leaders and then prove the stronger nearing the finish and with what looks a positive jockey booking on a course where the trainer does well makes me think that connections are expecting big things in this race.

3:35 Hamilton Racing Tips (8th June)

HAMILTON 3.35

Class 2 6f 8 run Not an easy race to analyse as there is no known natural front running type in this race, I will be looking to lay Walking On Clouds who won last time in a lower grade race and gave me some cash to visit www.triplejoker.com has a relatively slow time and I'm not sure good to firm ground suits it so might get found out at this level of racing on a fast surface, Acklam Express hasn't shown much in 4 runs this year but I'm not 100% sure if I can actually lay it but if a shortish price then I might lay it. Jump The Gun might need a longer distance to show its best form so it might be the one to set the pace to the race and then kick nearing hope and try to use its stamina to win the race but I think it get outpaced using those tactics but it might help my cause. Call Me Ginger is my 4th top rated with Snash and Khanjar as my joint 2nd top rated horses but my money will be riding on EDWARD CORNELIUS 9/2 who can struggle to stay the distance in a race with a really fast early pace so this race might prove ideal for it.

Class 4 6f 8 run Pearle D’Or seems better when there is some cut in the ground so could struggle here but I expect it will be an outsider and not of value to lay, Society Lion will be trying to stay on at the finish but I think it might not catch the front runners in this race and might be one to take on. If Tolstoy is a single figure price its another one that I will be looking to lay as this one also likes some cut in the ground. Priscilla's Wish is my 3rd top rated using a course and distance rating recorded in 2022 so could go well here if repeating that rating, Sir Oliver comes out in 2nd top spot but that is using a rating it recorded at Brighton in 2021 and its best since that year would leave it a good few spots short of winning this race. My money, apart from visiting the best online casino, will be riding on MELLY'S FLYER 9/1 (EW) who likes to front run and could get its own way in this race and a repeat of its best rating recorded at Epsom it will lead all the way.

3:20 Hamilton Racing Tips (31st May)

HAMILTON 3.20 

A 6 runner class 4 race with just the one known front running type amongst them, Swiss Ace doesn't seem to like the forecast good to firm ground and its best rating which it recorded here last year when finishing 3rd behind Rathbone, Yaaser races as though a longer distance would suit it better and its only win from 14 races on turf came over a longer distance, Lord Abama is another that I think will be better over a longer distance, Thaki has a good rating from Yarmouth last year but that course is nothing like this one and the undulations here might not be to its liking, Blue Jay Way is a 3yo that has had 2 runs so this is its handicap debut but it has shown very little in those 3 runs and a longer distance might also be needed by this one which leaves me with GANNON GLORY 5/1 who is the only known front running type in this race and if able to reproduce the rating it recorded at Ayr last year it could lead all the way for the victory in this race.

HAMILTON 3.15 

A class 4 race over 6 furlongs with 10 runners, *Jordan's Electrics 15/2 might prefer a longer distance so maybe a lay as long as its a single figure price nearing the off, Kilconquer might be outclassed at this level, Global Humor can produce good ratings in slightly lower class races, Pockley has 1 good rating from Carlisle last year which is now looking a flukey time where it got towed along in a fast run race and hasn't been in form lately and its record is no wins from 17 runs on turf, my 2nd top rated horse Surprise Picture has a good chance of at least making the frame in this race and usually tracks the leaders, when i take off the apprentice jockeys 5lb claim MARK'S CHOICE 10/3 becomes my top rated and is also the most likely horse to set the pace to this race so is capable of leading all the way in this race although the trainers 0-15 record at this course is a little off-putting.

Class 5 race over 5 furlongs with 8 runners, Zig Zag Ziggy 20/1 hasn't been in good form lately but is the one most likely to set the pace to this race and might be worth an each way interest, Hey Mr 11/2 might prefer a longer trip than the the minimum distance of this race and therefore maybe worth laying,, Burj Malinka 10/1 can produce good speed figures but usually at basement level and doesn't seem to like really fast good to firm ground, Melody King 7/2 can find this trip too short on good to firm ground but it could possibly run on into a place here if reproducing its best 2021 speed rating, the 3yo Cotai West could also make the frame in this race but my money will be riding on *SOUL SEEKER 10/3 who won last time out and has been found the ideal opportunity to follow up here with another win and it also has good trainer/jockey stats.

A poor turnout of 6 for this class 5 sprint and there's not much recent direct form on this surface to work with, Phoenix Star will struggle to stay the distance if there's a fast early pace, Miss Bella Brand 7/2 looks a better prospect when on the Tapeta surface so looks worth laying at the price, Twilight Secret comes out 3rd top on my figures with Intervention sitting in 2nd top spot with COOPERATION 5/2 in top spot, it might well be the one to set the pace to this race and if leading ought to be too hard to catch and has been found the ideal opportunity to complete its hattrick.

7:17 Hamilton Racing Tips (15th July)

HAMILTON 7.17 

On paper this looks a classy race and with 2 known front runners it should be a true run race, I could look to lay two 3yo’s in this race for small stakes, Snazzy Jazzy 11/2 who doesn't seem to like the good to firm ground and Edward Cornelius 7/1 who is better over shorter distances and that is of course if they are value to lay, there are quite a few runners that could run well in this race so my stakes will be kept low but I will be taking a punt on RATHBONE 13/2 who is one of the known front runners and if getting to the front could prove hard to catch and the trainer has a decent 21% win ratio at this course.

PONTEFRACT 8.54 

The early pace will most likely come from Raydmoor who can produce good times but not in this class of race but if allowed a soft lead it could possibly lead all the way but I somehow doubt it, there looks to be a couple more at the bottom of the handicap that might be outclassed, I am not sure what will win this race but I am hoping its between the 2nd and 4th in the handicap as the top weight Ghathanfar 9/4 looks a better horse over further and its win over this distance at York was a relatively slow run affair so maybe the best way to make money in this race is to lay it especially if its the favourite for the race as forecast.

4:40 York Racing Tips (9th July)

YORK 4.40 

A nice looking Listed class dash and this is a course that Winter Power 3/1 seems to really like but on my figures its only 4th top rated so may struggle to win this race and if its as short a price as predicted on the early tissue prices, seven to four, I would be tempted to risk things and lay it as its not shown much at all in its 2 runs so far this year admittedly not on courses it particularly likes, JUSTANOTHERBOTTLE 14/1 (EW) is my 3rd top rated using a speed figure it recorded at Musselburgh last year and as its the only known front running type in the race it could do enough to make the frame if not more so could be an each way prospect, MONDAMMEJ 14/1 (EW) is my 2nd top rated on my overall speed figures and top rated on just 2022 times so has to have a decent chance to win this race but it has poor trainer, 0-27, stats and the jockey has a poor 4% win ratio for the stable which doesn't inspire confidence but i doubt the trainer would sent it here with it being a non trier, ATALIS BAY 25/1 (EW) recorded a time at Haydock in 2021 that makes it my top rated and i think the only way in can go in this race is by backing all 3 of them hopefully with each way wagers.

There's a couple of known front running types in the shape of Astapor 5/1 my 5th top rated and Refuge my joint 3rd top rated so it should be a true run race but the former might not be quite quick enough to lead here and might be worth taking on with a lay, the 3yo Imperial Khan 7/1 has shown very little time wise and may be one to lay but as usual my stakes won't be too high with it being a 3yo, Sunset Glow is my other 3rd top rated and usually likes to track the leaders, Koropick usually races in midfield and comes out in 2nd top spot but I have EARN YOUR STRIPES 7/1 as my top rated but if the time it recorded over this course and distance last time out is to be believed and it can reproduce it again here it would win with a bit to spare but that was its 14th run when it broke its maiden tag but it has to be carrying some of my money and hope for a repeat performance.

3:50 Hamilton Racing Tips (28th June)

HAMILTON 3.50 

A field of ten runners with a couple of known front runners amongst them, I have got 3 horses marked down as possible lays, Ballyconneely Bay 9/2 who might find the distance too far on good to firm ground and only produced a slow speed figure on good ground, Kapono 14/1 who also may not find good to firm ground ideal and Judy's Park 4/1 who is my joint 2nd top rated might be outclassed but all 3 of them have good or better trainer and/or jockey stats, I am of the opinion none of those stats mean a horse can overcome their weaknesses so might be worth small lays if of value to do so, I have GLOBAL HUMOR 22/1 as my other joint 2nd top rated but this one hasn't been in good form lately but looking back over its history it has been known to bounce back to form without warning and therefore could be worth an each way punt, the front running JORDAN'S ELECTRIC 9/2 is my top rated but only by 2lbs and this one has poor trainer, 1-29, and jockey, 1-20, stats which are a bit off-putting, hence why I'm going with 2 bets instead of just the one, but the latter has finished 2nd on its last 2 runs and could go one better here.

There's 12 runners in this dash with 4 that have been known to lead before, its a race where I'm not sure if there will be anything of value to lay in this race as it looks, according to the early tissue prices, as though 8 of the runners will be double figure prices, Refuge my 5th top rated, Astapor my 4th top rated and Major Pusey in 3rd top spot have all been known to assume the pacesetters role before but I think they will be setting the race up for something coming from off the pace, Mokaman sits in 2nd top spot and could run on nearing the finish to make the frame but I will be hoping that *BRAZEN BELLE 6/1 can follow up its win from last time out and if able to reproduce its best time wise it win this race a shade cosily and the jockey has done well for the stable so long may it continue, well at least here.

1:45 Nottingham Racing Tips (23rd June)

NOTTINGHAM 1.45 

Only 4 runners with half of them being 3yo’s which doesn't help my analysis, Miss Calculation 7/1 may need further and isn't proven on good to firm ground so maybe worth laying, As If By Chance 3/1 needs to improve time wise to win this race, Aphelios 11/8 is my joint top rated thanks to the apprentice jockeys 5lb claim and has had only 1 run for this stable before which he won on, PRINCE OF BEL LIR 3/1 is my other joint top rated and the only known front runner in the race so this one could be able to lead all the way.

This race isn't much better with 5 runners and 4 of them have been known to lead before and I think the race could be between HIGH SECURITY 9/2 and EEH BAH GUM 10/3 as long as they don't cut each others throat in a desperate battle to lead, they flip flop as my top rated with the latter being ridden by a 5lb claiming apprentice who certainly looks worth his claim, I have negatives against the other 3 runners in the race but if they do go off at a madcap fast pace then possibly Stone Circle 7/4 could follow up its win from just a few days ago but isn't of much value so I will go with dutching my top rated pair.

Up to 6 runners for this race where Huraiz seems the most likely pacesetter but this one hasn't been in good form lately and has poor trainer/jockey stats which puts me off, Primo's Comet can record a good rating but might get outclassed at this level but what will win this race is something I cannot fathom and maybe the best way to make a profit from this race is with a lay and I would look to lay Boogie Time 5/2 who may need further and this race most likely will not be run to suit it plus the apprentice jockey has a dire 1-40 win ratio for the stable. 

HAMILTON 9.00

WOW a field of 10 for this race with a couple of known front running types amongst them, Fircombe Hall 4/1 finished 2nd last time out and actually recorded its best rating that day but it was still a relatively slow time and might therefore have been flattered by that result and will be much shorter here than its chance merits the trainer is 0-21 at this course and the jockey is 0-6 for the stable so certainly looks one to lay, Elladora 10/1 who likes to track the leaders starts off as my top rated but drops to 2nd top spot when an opponent has a 5lb claiming apprentice on board so looks as though it could make the frame and possibly be worth an each way bet, as for the winner I think MACHO PRIDE 4/1 could set the pace to this race and if leading could be hard to peg back and the apprentice jockey is 1-3 when riding the stables older horses.

5:50 Hamilton Racing Tips (8th June)

I very often look at these amateur jockey races and decide to leave them alone but for some unknown reason I analysed this one thoroughly and if I'm right I'm going to be glad I did, Deevious Beau 11/2 has poor form on turf but is the only one in the field known to front run but even with an easy lead I doubt it can hold on for the win, looking at the early tissue prices both How Bizarre 8/1 and Marwarl 11/2, who might need a longer distance to show their best form, are forecast to be single figure prices so I would look to lay them, my money will be riding on HARD SOLUTION 13/2 the trainer has a 20% win ratio at the course and the jockey is 4-8 on the stables older horses.

Only 7 runners but I am not sure what will set the pace which is always a worry so I don't think I will be able to find anything to lay and as for the winner I would side with CAMACHESS 10/3 who likes to track the leader/s and then stay on the stronger at the finish and is my top rated and the jockey has a 4-11 strike rate for the stable which hopefully makes me think connections are expecting it to get back to winning ways here.

I can see two front runners in this field of nine in a class four race, I will start with something I will look to lay, Internationaldream 11/1, if its a single figure price, I could add Tipperary Tiger 9/2 to the list if the going is good to firm as it isn't its favoured surface, Ballyconneely Bay 9/1 is another that doesn't seem to like fast ground but could be a danger if the going was just genuinely good, my top rated is Jordon Electrics 3/1 who is one of the possible pace setters and would have been my bet in this race, it finished 2nd last time out but the time was relatively slow for this class of a race, the trainer is 0-16 in the last 2 weeks and its been 174 days since the stable last had a winner plus at this course the trainer is 1-20 and the jockey is 0-4 for the stable so I will be siding with CHOOKIE DUNEDIN 2/1 who won last time out and has been found a good opportunity to follow up here.

A six runner dash with half the field being front running sorts and in such a small field the draw wont make much difference, I will look to lay Joshua R 5/1 who might get outpaced in the early stages here and then stay on too late to pick up the leaders, Sixcor 3/1 could do best of those coming from off the pace seeing that its my 3rd top rated, Refuge 11/1 is my 2nd top rated and a possible pacesetter but I will be backing TANASOQ 9/2 who can lead but doesn't need to as its a versatile type, the jockey has a 17% win ratio for the stable so I'm hoping that's a good pointer.

1:30 Hamilton Racing Tips (1st May)

HAMILTON 1.30 

The first of two poorish class 6 sprints for today with just 7 runners, the early pace will most likely be set by either Morty and/or Shesadabber but I doubt either will hold on for the win but could go well especially if ones allowed an easy lead, I will look to lay Burj Malinka 5/2 who might not like good to firm ground and hasn't made the frame from 5 races on turf and still a maiden after 8 races in total, also the pair from the same stable, Sharrabang 8/1 who may need further on good to firm ground but this one does have good jockey stats so just a small lay while Mansfield’s 5/1 jockey is 0-5 for the stable and may also struggle at this distance on fast ground, my money will be riding on MORTY 9/4 who’s trainer does quite well at this course and the jockey has a 16% win ratio on all the stables runners and I'm it can lead all the way to go one better than when it finished 2nd last time out.

A big problem in this race with no known front running types in the race which means the race could have a slow early pace or more than one changes its usual running style and there's a mad rush for the lead, I can only see Kat's Bob 3/1 as a lay at a price that's value to lay at, I'm not sure it likes the good to firm going so may struggle here, 3 others I could lay will all be big prices and not of value to lay, as for the winner I'm hoping that SINGE ANGLAIS 6/1 who is a hold up type, gets a fast early pace which will help its cause but with some uncertainty in the race any stakes will be kept on the low side.

3:50 Hamilton Racing Tips (19th September)

HAMILTON 3.50 

MEWS HOUSE 7/2 usually races in midfield before trying to stay on at the finish but it needs to improve time wise to win this race. 

TOMILY 15/2 comes out 4th best on my speed figures but as it doesn't seem to like good to firm ground its times will not be as good as others that do like the faster going. 

ECONOMICAL CRISIS 11/1 is another that doesn't seem to like good to firm ground but is 3rd best on my speed figures so could make the frame.

ALBEGONE 11/8 won nicely last time out and it comes out 2nd best on my speed figures, being a 3yo it could improve and has a chance of following up in this race but it would need to improve 4lbs or hope the top rated doesn't run to its best so doesn't look much value.

SHESADABBER 10/1 is the only natural front running type I can see in this race and its best time recorded from the front did come over this course and distance.

THE GLOAMING 15/2 isn't in my top 4 ratings but being a 3yo it could still improve, I'm just hoping it doesn't happen in this race.

ANGLES EYES 33/1 is versatile when it comes to its racing tactics including leading if nothing else wants to but it wont need to in this race. 

HEER ME 80/1 has very poor form and i expect it will be the outsider in this race.

LANCASHIRE LIFE 40/1 has only a slow time over this distance when finishing 3rd and is a maiden after 7 runs and hasn't made the frame in those races. 

SUMMARY: I expect the 3yo ALBEGONE 11/8 will be the hot favourite after its win last time out and does come out 2nd top rated on my figures and could improve again to win this race but I do have SHESADABBER 10/1 rated 3lbs higher and its the most likely pacesetter to this race, so if allowed an easy lead and can repeat its best time recorded over this course and distance earlier this year it could hold on for the win so I will be going with 2 bets in this race.

5:20 Hamilton Racing Tips (1st September)

HAMILTON 5.20 

ROSE BANDIT 6/1 has been known to lead but hasn't any form at this distance on good or firmer going, has decent jockey booking but I'm not quite sure what to expect from this horse. 

MEWS HOUSE 7/4 won last time out but all its best form has come over shorter distances so I will hope to lay it but it does have the best trainer/jockey stats so hope that will keep the price down. 

AMAZING ALBA 10/1 is just like the one above in that I don't think it will stay the distance with a fast early and with 2 front runners it should be a decently fast early paced affair so if its a single figure price i would lay it. 

OAKENSHIELD 8/1 is the one that i think will try to lead from the start and if allowed an easy lead it could be hard to catch but has poor 0-10 trainer and 0-12 jockeys stats but could make the frame. 

STRONSAY 5/1 can either track the leaders or run in midfield and then stay on at the finish, time wise it comes out 2nd best on my figures so could make the frame. 

KILCONQUHAR 12/1 comes out top on my figures and its best time was recorded this year over this course and distance but its had 11 runs on grass and not won once but it could break its duck here and at the double figure price has to be backed each way. 

MUTAWAFFER 20/1 has poor recent times while its best from earlier this year it comes out 4th top on my figures but would need to bounce back to form but not for me in this race and I think it will be an outsider. 

MUATADEL 4/1 a stablemate of the horse above and it finished 2nd last time out and sits in 3rd top spot on my figures but the trainer is 0-6 in the last 2 weeks and it may struggle to stay the distance if there's a fast early gallop which looks likely in this race so I will look to lay it. 

SUMMARY: None of the runners, apart from Mews House, have good recent trainer and or jockey stats, I will look to lay Mews House and Mutawaaffer as they may not stay the distance if Mutawaffer and or Oakenshiled, set their best time from the front, I will be putting my trust and money on KILCONQUHAR 12/1 (EW) who is my top rated and when on its game likes a fast pace to aim at so this race could be run to suit its racing style.

2:40 Thirsk Racing Tips (27th August)

THIRSK 2.40 

A 15 runner race with a couple of known front runners, if the going is good to firm I will have a few to lay but I somehow doubt it will dry out that much but hopefully the going will be at least good if not then there won't be any bets, it looks quite a competitive race which I would expect for a class 3 race, the 3yo Just Frank is a possible pacesetter and could go well but hasn't any form on good or good to firm ground, Dazzling Dan, Chairmanoftheboard and Blackheath all have times that could see them make the frame but I am hoping that RATHBONE 5/1 can get away quickly and if getting to the front it could lead all the way.

There is 11 runners but no known front running types amongst them which means my stakes will be kept low, the betting will tell if there is anything worth laying but it doesn't look very promising, I'm Watching You is my 3rd top rated horse but the trainer is 0-17 in the last 2 weeks which doesn't fill me with confidence, Amathus comes out 2nd best on overall figures but top rated on just 2021 times, my money will be riding on EPSOM FAITHFUL 4/1 who finished 2nd last time out on the AW and if it can reproduce its best time from 2020 at Windsor it would be winning a shade cosily.

An 8 runner race with a couple of front runners in Green Door and Liberty Bay and the latter is my 3rd top rated and being a 3yo it could still improve and would need to to win this race but could do enough to make the frame, Attys Edge comes out 2nd best using a time from 2020 but its 2021 is only 1lb below Liberty Bay’s 2021 time, my top rated is GLAMOROUS FORCE 3/1 who’s best time came at Bath and a repeat of that time would see it winning a shade cosily but the trainer is 0-17 in the last 2 weeks although its only 3 weeks since their last win but it does temper my bet so only a small win. 

Glamorous Force 3/1 3rd -1pt

Another 8 runner race with just one known front runner amongst them, there is a few who race as though further would suit them better and this race might not be run to suit them and the betting will guide me to which ones to lay, Melody King comes out in 3rd top spot and will be trying to stay on strongly at the finish, sitting in 2nd top spot is Iris Dancer who is another that will be trying to stay on at the business end of the race but maybe none of them will be able to catch SHESADABBER 12/1 (EW) who could be allowed an easy lead here and being my top rated it will be carrying my money in this race and at the double figure price it has to be an each way bet.

A poor turnout of just 6 runners luckily there is 2 known front running types in the race, Adaay To Remember and Al Simmo but both would need to improve their times to win this race although the former is a 3yo so could still improve and the latter is my 4th top rated horse, I will look to lay Pornstar Martini if its a single figure price, I've got joint 2nd top rated horses in, Princess Power who recorded its best time back in 2019 and Restless Endeavour who recorded its best time last time out when winning at Thirsk but I am hoping PEARL OF QATAR 7/1 is ready to run its best and a repeat of its time at Hamilton earlier this year would see it winning this race a shade cosily.

Another poor turnout of 6 runners but there's is 2 known front running types in Tanasoq who is better over a shorter distance so one i will look to lay as I am hoping the pace will be set by Bossipop who is my 3rd top rated, my other lay will be Jordan Electircs who did win last time out but in a slow run race, which might have flattered it, and I doubt will happen here with 2 pacesetters in the race,I have joint top rated horses, Gunmetal finished 3rd last time out in a slow run affair and its best time comes from 2020 at Ripon and it doesn't want the going to be too fast, I will be hoping that *STRONSAY 18/1 will appreciate the fast early pace and then stay on the strongest at the finish.

An 8k class 3 conditions race and a poor turnout of just 5 runners, both Soldiers Minute and Emeraaty Ana may be better when racing over a longer distance and the latter is my 3rd top rated sol should be staying on at the finish, El Astronaute has been known to lead but hasn't shown much time wise since 2019 and may be on a downward spiral as age catches up with it and one I will look to lay, my 2nd top rated is Dubai Station who likes to track the leaders and then stay on at the finish but i will be hoping that my top rated horse QUE AMORA 2/1 can set the early pace and then hold on for the victory.

NOTTINGHAM 3.10 

Not the best of the races and any stakes will be kept low and I cannot find anything of value, (under 10/1) to lay, as for finding the winner I will be going with 3 each way wagers, CASE KEY 12/1 is my top rated and also one of 2 known front running types in the race but that is using a 2020 time and its 3 runs this year have been relatively poor, QUEEN OF BURGUNDY hasn't been in great form in recent runs but is my 2nd top rated but the trainer is 0-9 for the last 2 weeks and the jockeys 0-4 record doesn't inspire confidence but could go well , GLENAMOY LAD is my 3rd top rated and this one has the best trainer/jockey stats but once again its not been in great form lately but has only ran once so far this year.

There's 8 runners in this race but no known pacesetters amongst them which always makes analysis much much harder, I cannot find anything of value to lay and having a win bet has more risks than usual but I will be taking a punt by backing VENTURA FLAME 7/2 who is my top rated but it is a hold up type so will need to be alert to the dangers as the front runners might not fade nearing the finish if there's a slow early pace but the jockey does have a decent 18% win ratio for the stable and the trainers has had a few winners in the last 2 weeks.

Half of the 12 runners in this race have been known to lead before but they will hopefully be setting the race up for a strong finisher, I won't be proposing any lays in this race as there is nothing of value to lay, Mr Wagyu 7/2 is the favourite but its wins have been in lower class races than todays and the handicapper may have caught up with it so I will look to lay it along with Music Society 9/1 as long as it remains in a single figure price, I will be putting my faith in RATHBONE 4/1 who likes to track the leaders and then stay on the stronger at the finish, it has good trainer stats and the 7lb claiming apprentice has a good 17% win ratio for the stable and that could tilt things in its favour.

Only 6 runners for this class 3 race and no known front runners amongst them, Miss Jingles may need this run for fitness and maybe worth laying, its not a race to be betting in too heavily but I will be having a wager on LOVELY BREEZE 3/1 who likes to track the leaders and then stay on strongly at the finish and has good trainer/jockey stats and its best time was recorded this year over this course and distance.

1:30 Hamilton Racing Tips (15th July)

HAMILTON 1.30 

An 8 runner 5 furlong dash with 3 horses that have been known to lead before, I will look to lay Mr Trevor 5/1 who I think will need a longer trip to show its true worth and may get outpaced in this race, the 2 at the bottom of the handicap, Rain Cap and Lady Of Desire have to improve dramatically to win this race and I think they will need further to shine and they will be among the outsiders in the race, it looks like Tanasoq will be a short priced favourite and it is my 2nd top rated and being in good form it maybe deserves to be the favourite but it also gives me an opportunity, as long as all 8 runners take part and there is therefore 3 places up for grabs for an each way wager, I will be having a bet on DEBAWTRY 8/1 who has a time from Thirsk earlier this year that makes it my top rated and this one likes a fast pace to aim at and finish strongly at the finish so an each way bet could pay dividends.

This is one of those stakes races which are becoming popular for low class horses and to be honest most of them are too poor to bother with but I do still check the speed figures if any of them have been recorded on my figures and in this race I have one horse GLORIOUS RIO 10/1 (EW) who ran a time at Carlisle earlier this year which is bit higher than usual for this grade of racing and if its a double figure price, as forecast in the early tissue prices, it might pay dividends by going with an each way punt but my stake wont be at full strength.

4:25 Newmarket Racing Tips (10th July)

NEWMARKET 4.25 

The Darley July Cup a Group 1 five furlong dash, I doubt there will be anything in at a single figure price that I would look to lay, the seven 3yos in the race are potential dangers although on the clock they would have to improve to win this race but never say never with young horses and 2 of them Creative Force and Dragon Symbol are front running types who are both drawn low so they could be potential dangers and they do have the best figures of the 3yos but they are not good enough to top my list of speed figures, Emararty Ana is another potential pacesetter and could go well from the front and has a rating that could see it possibly make the frame, Oxted is my 2nd top rated horse in the race and drawn high but I am hoping the two 3yo front runners can go fast enough to keep those drawn low in the race and then I'm hoping that from stall 4 STARMAN 9/2 can track the pacesetters and then stay on the stronger at the finish.

In this race I will be looking to lay Spirit Power 10/1 who has only relatively slow times mainly because it doesn't seem to like good to firm ground and also Big Thanks 5/2 who did finish 2nd last time out but in a slow run affair and it might not be able to go with the pace of Shesadabber who is the one I think will set the pace to the race and this one would maybe be carrying some of my money as it could do well with an easy lead although the trainer does have a 13% win ratio with the stables older horses he is 0-11 in the last 2 weeks and its 22 runners and 49 days since their last winner also the jockey is 1-14 for the stable which doesn't inspire any confidence so I will be backing the top weight Thrilla In Manila who has decent trainer stats and has had a couple of winners in the last fortnight and could get a good tow into the race being drawn next to the horse I think will lead. With my original selection Thrilla In Manila now being a non-runner I will be having a wager on SHESADABBER 7/2 who can now lead all the way, there is a few negatives concerning the trainer/jockey stats but I also have negatives against all the other runners as well.

Another 7 runner race so no each way bets, I will look to lay Billian 5/1, I very rarely lay 3yos but as I am backing another 3yo in this race I will go with laying this 3yo, as I think its a better horse when racing over 5 furlongs and could find this trip too far for it and I will also lay *Fendale 11/2 who hasn't shown much good form on turf for awhile now and looks poor value at the price, I've got joint 2nd top rated horses in Coase and Toussarok but I'm not convinced the former wants good to firm going while I think the latter will set the pace to the race but I will be putting my money on ROYAL ADVICE 9/2 who has a positive jockey booking as he has a 17% win ratio for the stable and it recorded its best time earlier this year over this course and distance and a reproduction of that time, as long as nothing else improves unexpectedly it should be winning a shade cosily.

I HAVE SAID THIS MANY TIMES BEFORE BUT PLEASE MAKE SURE THE GOING IS GOOD OR FIRMER AS MY FIGURES ARE ALL CALCULATED ON THAT SORT OF GROUND AND RAIN IS FORECAST IN SOME AREAS. 

BRIGHTON 4.10 

A 6 runner race with one known front runner among them, Minhaaj may need further to show its best and might be worth laying, It Must Be Faith hasn't won at this distance in the England and usually likes to track the leaders, Newyorkstateofmind is my 4th top rated and like all of my top 4 ratings its time was recorded this year, Wiley Post is in 3rd top spot but doesn't seem to like fast good to firm ground, Shamshon comes out 2nd best using a Windsor time but my top rated is the front running AISH 13/2 who also recorded its time at Windsor and the trainer does well at this course and I'm hoping it can lead all the way.

Only 7 runners with one front running type but Afandem usually fades at this trip unless allowed a very soft lead and I will lay it if of any value to do so, Gunmetal is my 3rd top rated but doesn't really like good to firm ground, LADY CELIA 9/2 is my 2nd top rated but the jockeys 3lb claim makes it joint top rated along with ROYAL ADVICE 12/1 and with them both being young horses they could both be capable of further improvement so I will be backing them both.

For a class 6 race this 14 runner affair doesn't look too bad, firstly I will be looking to lay, Stronsay 5/1 who may need further to show its best, and Lord Of The Glen 9/1 I have 3 horses that are versatile with their racing styles which includes leading but they would all need to improve and there is one more natural front runner in the shape of ALSVINDER 7/1 who has good jockey stats and could go well and would be my only selection if it wasn't for the trainers 0-19 record at this course which is a little off-putting, i will look to lay Stronsay who might prefer a longer trip and Lord Of The Glen who has one win from 27 runs on turf, ROSE BANDIT 4/1 is my top rated on just 2021 times so has to be feared and usually tracks the leaders before staying on at the finish, the top weight HARD SOLUTION 5/1 will be running on at the finish and has both good trainer and jockey stats and the apprentices 5lb claim should help its chances.

A 17 runner race with just one known front running type in the race, I cannot see anything of value to lay but that might change when the betting is known, I also cannot narrow it down to any less than 4 selections but I will be having one main bet and then back the other 3 to varying degrees to make a profit whichever one wins, Fard is the likely pacesetter and my joint 3rd top rated and the jockey booking looks a positive for the stable, Twice As Likely is the other 3rd top rated and the jockey has a 17% win ratio for the stable and both of them recorded their best speed figures this year, Our Man In Havana is my 2nd top rated using a 2020 time from Windsor and is another with good jockey stats and the apprentices 7lb claim could help its cause but most of my money will be riding on WIFF WAFF 9/1 who did its best time at Leicester last year and this race which doesn't look likely to be too fast in the early stages suits its favoured style of racing.

A field of 8 but no known front runners amongst them which I hate because it does honestly make things so much harder to analyse, the 3yo bottom weight seems better over a shorter distance but not enough for me to lay it but I will look to lay (Triggered 5/1 + Gowanlad) the former won a slow run affair last time out when it won and may have been flattered by the result and the latter might prefer a slower surface and also has poor trainer/jockey stats, Gilt Edge and Show Me A Sunset also have poor stats but not enough for me to lay them, I will be backing STRONBOWE 9/4 who also won last time out and that was good enough for top rating on this years times and the jockey has a 15% win ratio on the stables older horses but my stake wont be at full strength.

A 13 runner race with 4 known front runners in the field, I have negatives against Harrogate, Haveoneyerself and Bellevarde but not enough to lay any of them as they all have pieces of form that would/could make the them competitive, I will look to lay both (Aleef 13/2 who may need further when racing on good to firm ground plus has poor trainer/jockey stats and Lucky Beggar 15/2 who has poor trainer stats and may also prefer a longer distance) my 2nd top rated is BOUDICA BAY 15/2 who will be trying to stay on at the finish and this race could be run to suit it if the leaders go off too fast and fade nearing the finish but if TRIPLE JAYE 6/1 gets to the front and doesn't get pushed too hard for the lead it could well lead all the way and I will back them both to cover both angles.

Only 6 runners but there is a couple of front running types in the race, Michael's Choice could try to lead and is my 2nd top rated on 2021 times so could go well especially with an easy lead but I do have BENEFIT STREET 9/2 rated higher and will be the horse I back but this one’s trainer also so has the tissue forecast favourite Araifjan 7/2 in the race, my selection is being ridden by a 3lb claiming apprentice but the latter is being ridden by Ryan Moore who has a 29% win ratio on the stables older horses and this one is the other front running type in the race, it would maybe a good idea to have a covering bet on its stablemate.

The main problem again with this race is the lack of known front runners in the field, The Gloaming hasn't any distance form on turf and only a slow time on the AW at Wolverhampton, Get Boosting and Show Me Show Me would both need to improve time wise to win this race, James Watt is my 3rd top rated and Economic Cris is my 2nd top rated and they can both be either held up or track the leaders, my top rated is VENTURA FLAME 11/4 but this one is a hold up type but this race might not be run to suit it if the early pace is on the slow side but as it is a 5 furlong dash then I would expect something to change its usual tactics and go from the front but my stake will be kept on the low side because of the lack of known early pace.

This race isn't as competitive as it first looks and I expect a lot of them will be big prices but these 3 (*Alsvinder 9/2 + Toolmaker 4/1 + Nodsasgoodasawink 7/1) are all forecast to be a single figure price and i will lay them if they are of any value, I expect the pace could be set by LANGHOLM 9/4 who is my 3rd top rated and if allowed an easy lead could steal the race from the front and I guess that's the reason why it is the favourite, FIRMDECISIONS 20/1 is my 2nd top rated and usually likes to track the leaders and then stay on strongly at the finish and at the price has to be given as an each way punt, with the apprentice jockeys 5lb claim KILCONQUHAR 12/1 moves to top spot and is usually a hold up type and runs on well nearing the finish so another that has to be an each way wager, I will be backing all 3 of them.

2:40 Hamilton Racing Tips (16th June)

HAMILTON 2.40 

EY UP ITS MICK 5/2 can be held up or track the leaders and has been slowly improving each run lately and it finished 2nd last time out so this could be its day. 

TAYLORED 9/2 a 3yo who has only slow times over this distance but it has been fading over 7 furlongs but this race might not be run to suit it. 

REELY BONNIE 16/1 hasn't any form at this distance on good or good to firm going and it may have been avoiding fast ground so this going might not suit it. 

THE MACKEN TORPEDO 25/1 hasn't any distance form on turf and it would need to improve on its best AW time at Wolverhampton to win here. 

STRONSAY 11/4 won an amateur riders race in a time that would make it my 2nd top rated and it usually races in midfield then trying to stay on at the finish. 

COOL DANDY 3/1 this 3yo hasn't any form at this distance on turf and I have very little to work on, I couldn't lay or back this one and could be the fly in the ointment if I back something else. 

SUMMARY: Only 6 runners and two of them are 3yo’s who could still be capable of improving, the real problem is the lack of known early pace but EY UP ITS MICK 5/2 usually runs on strongly at the finish and this looks a slightly easier race than when it finished 2nd last time out so I'm hoping it goes one better in this race and also hoping the bottom weight Cool Dandy doesn't spoil things for me.

A 10 runner race where only half of them have gone fast enough to register on my figures, there is only 1lb between Sir Rodneyredblood my 5th top rated and Lilklan and Kath's Lustre who are joint 3rd top rated so any of them could make the frame and Lethal Angel my 2nd top rated is only 3lb’s higher but my top rated 3yo CARBON POSITIVE 3/1 who won last time out and could be capable of doing even better as it gains more experience and repeat of its time when it won would see it winning this race a shade cosily, it has decent trainer/jockey stats which is always a positive and the apprentices 3lb claim helps its cause even further, it is versatile with its racing tactics and from stall 2 it should be able to gain a good early position and use whatever tactics they think will win this race. 

RIPON 9.00 

In all reality this race should be left alone as I have only got one horse in the race with a time fast enough to register on my figures and that is HELLO GIRL 9/1 who can be held up or track the leaders and then stay on at the business end of the race and if it is a double figure price it might be worth having a small each way punt, its forecast on the tissue prices at 25/1 as it hasn’t shown anything in its last four races so it is a risky wager but these sort of bets can make a good week a very good week.
